Mrs Cheng’s Soybean Products is a hidden gem for those seeking fresh and delicious soybean treats. Located in a blue factory building that is easy to miss, the business operates without a traditional storefront. Visitors walk into the large area on the left side, where products are stored in refrigerators. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing information about their offerings. The soy milk is flavorful, with options including no-sugar versions, and is relatively affordable. Their tofu pudding, known as tofu fa, is highly praised for its silky texture and rich flavor, especially when served cold with a sprinkle of green onions or with a ginger-flavored syrup. The soft tofu is also popular, with a larger size and better taste compared to typical store-bought options. Prices are considered reasonable, with a brick of soft tofu costing around $3. Customers appreciate the quality, describing the products as much tastier than those available elsewhere, like in California. Visitors should be cautious of slippery floors caused by water from the tofu-making process. Payment is cash only, and it’s recommended to enter from the left side to avoid walking on wet floors. Overall, Mrs Cheng’s offers fresh, tasty soybean products worth the effort to find this unique and friendly place.
When you pull up, there doesn’t seem to be a store. You walk into the large area in the left and the goods for sale are in the refrigerator. The staff were informative and the soy milk was delicious and relatively affordable.

One container of sugar syrup is enough for two containers of tasty tofu. Really delicious!
