The nail technicians here are great. The massage is strong, and they also give you the full time, not 2 or 3 minutes like some other places. I don't do fancy nails, so I can't speak to that, but I always get spa mani/pedi, and when I leave I feel refreshed and my nails look just how I want them. Prices are reasonable. I like going to Cat, but others techs are good too.

Bad service! The girl who did my waxing She looked at me and laughed at me! I know it's been bad that's why I needed your help! Duh!!!! And it wasn't even good!!!! I even give her $10 for $27 service. Wax all over my face and looks like had to redo again! So bad

Visiting for California and needed a to freshen my hand and feet. A small but cozy shop with a lot of pedicure stations. They did an amazing job for my girlfriend and I. 100% would recommend!

Had a full mani pedi and eyebrows done and the total came out to almost $200 which was very surprising. All the staff was super nice and did a great job on my pedi and eyebrows. I wasn't too happy with my mani, but overall they did good! The salon was very comfortable too!

Just came for pedicures, and the technician did such a good job. She was thorough and took her time. My husband and I got the deluxe pedicure and we were both very happy with it. It was worth the money spent and we will be back.

I came here recently and had the best time. everyone was very kind and accommodating. I sat with Tiffany and got my nails done for christmas and got the cutest holiday set! she took her time and made sure to focus on all the little details. Love this salon!

Here I'm treated as a queen and so does every ladies that come through the door. I get manicure and pedicure with all the bells and whistle ($106) + the best massage chair ever. Walk out the door feeling the fine There all good but I see Hellene. Check her out too!

I called to see if they had any openings and Ann took my call. She said to come in. I really enjoyed my time there doing my pedicure. Place is super clean, music is relaxing, price is very reasonable. Ann was so amazing, I will be going back firm now on. And Ann will be my GirlThank you Ann...see ya soon

Walked in and asked if they have poly gel. She said yes. I asked how much she kept telling me to pick a color I asked 3rd time with a stronger voice and yay I got an answer. I wanted the service I asked for so I sat down while she was talking to someone randomly in a different language. I felt like I needed to apologize for asking the price she said that it was okay. Then she uses GELLAC! She basically thought I didn't know what I was asking for and took my money.
Bad customer service and a waste of my money. I did not get what I asked for and why should a customer feel apologetic when asking simple questions? I felt embarrassed so I just let her do it.
Why didn't she ask me or say I don't know what poly gel is or we don't offer that service?
Tho it was quick and cheaper than most places if you're looking for gel polish.
Salon got what they wanted another customer to get a tip. Not all of us can throw money and time for services they didn't ask for.

I have never had a worse experience in my entire life at a nail salon. This was not my first visit as I used to live in Kahala and this was my regular place I used to come to and I remembered having a good experience so I came back. I didn't make an appt I walked in today and they paired me with a male nail person that I never worked with before. After I selected the pedicure treatment I wanted the first thing I told this man was please don't use the shaver to shave my feet. Moments later he opens the treatment product an empties it in the water my feet are soaking in and I immediately noticed I was allergic to the scent from the product. He didn't seem to speak english so I asked another nail person what was making that strong perfume smell and she said it is lavender. I asked for a face mask because the perfume in the product was literally making me sick. Noone seemed to understand what was going on. Then the next thing I know the man begins shaving my foot and I reminded him please don't shave my feet with the shaver. At this point he is getting ready to put some product on my foot and I asked if it was the same product they put in the water and then that's when everything went terrible. The woman that used to do my nails in the past told me they wanted me to pay first and I asked why and she told me because I was being rude. She explained you chose this treatment and I responded that I had no idea that it was heavily scented and that I wasn't trying to be rude at all. I have never been more insulted. In that moment I told them I am trying to explain that I am allergic to the product I am not trying to be rude. I told the lady that I used to be a regular customer and she looked me in the face and said you've never been here before. At that point with wet feet I stood up to leave and the man grabbed my shoes and dropped them rudely in front of me. I literally wanted to cry it was so unprofessional. No one in there seemed to care to even understand what was going on with their customer. They were absolutely unprofessional and lucky that I am a classy lady because the shoe drop move the man did literally was a lot in the moment for me to handle. I want to site a language barrier but the whole experience cannot be excused away merely due to a language barrier. I will tell everyone I know on the East side to spend their money somewhere else.

I called and asked for a technician who I used to go to but apparently is no longer there. However, there is another woman with the same name who has been there for almost 2 months. When I got there, I mentioned that she was not the technician I used to see ... but thought I'd give her a try. My pedicure had to be redone because at the very end when she asked if everything was ok, my nails were not cut evenly and one even pointy in the middle. I asked to that that one nail fixed. She immediately removed the polish from all my toes and redid the cutting/filing. The technician said the polish was too thick so she wanted to do it over with another bottle. I really like the pale pink color I chose and asked if there was another on the shelf. She found a bottle but it was much darker and she responded it's ok, they just diluted the previous one because it's old. Uh....no. This is Barbie pink, not pale/closer to white that I initially chose. The polish application is sloppy and sad to say she tried, but it looks unprofessional. After 90+ minutes there I had to leave. I gave 2 stars only because the massage and cuticles were ok.

Staff was very friendly, but the work was poor quality. The technician rushed through painting my nails and didn't bother to clean up the edges. Corners were missing paint and it was pooling around the cuticles on almost every nail. I had to ask the technician to clean it up but it still is not worth the money I paid.
