The people there were friendly, efficient, good-natured, helpful, and communicative. I was getting spark plugs, and the delightful person who helped me was clear and forthcoming about the differences in the options they carried for that car.

Great local neighborhood auto parts store. Long time local owner of I believe a franchises store. Been here many times mostly for car batteries and they've always been helpful and courteous with their service. While not over the top, they get the job done. Last came for a replacement battery and with my receipt and they got me a replacement as well as credit for my old battery still under warranty. It was a simple process. It obviously the receipt helps wit the credit. While I've not come here lately for much, they are a good place for both service and value.

This NAPA is owned/operated by "Larry" and they do NOT assist with or honor any issues, warranty, or service for genuine NAPA parts that weren't purchased directly from their store. Simply stated that you need to go to another NAPA store not affiliated with "Larrys".In contrast, NAPA Hanabusa in Waianae was very helpful and solved my issues.

Went in to buy a bottle of MAF spray cleaner. Store was messy and they took an abnormally long time running my credit card in the back which set off a small red flag. I checked my receipt closely on my way out and saw that they overcharged me by 52 cents. Went back to the shelf, took a pic of the posted price, went back to the counter and pointed out the "mistake". Asked them to refund me the 52 cents in cash so that I wouldn't need to trust them with my credit card again. They were not willing to do so and came up with excuses. Finally I demanded that they void the entire transaction or I'd take it up with my credit card company and reverse the charges on them. Somebody who I think was the manager did so. Going to a different auto parts store now. What a pain. Buyer beware in that store be sure to double check your receipt for inflated charges.

I've used Terry over 30 years I think he is a guy you can trust I've went 20 miles out of my way to get parts from him he has stayed late waiting for me to come get a part very rare employee

Bad customers service. The man at the counter act like he don't need my money. I ask him for the parts, he never look for it and just said they don't carry it. The napa auto store at 10 Ave and napa auto store at Nimitz near the airport have those parts. End up, I bought the parts at those napa store not at napa sand island. Sale person act stupid. Waste my time driving there.
