The customer service sucks, the heavy older guy that works on the weekends is lazy and rude everytime I go there. I dont buy my parts there anymore.

Drove from Waianae on Sunday to grab some parts that I ordered & store was closed when on the website it says they were open

It's 4 months now since I bought the battery for my Mini Cooper and I had to change tires at Firestone and they a free battery test. Test showed the battery is good. Very satisfied with the product.
