The prices aren't much cheaper than grocery stores in the area. They don't charge tax, but they have a fee that's really close to the same rate as tax. Costco is a lot cheaper than the commissary. The shelves are often empty and they regularly change the location of items. I was dealing with all these issues until they stopped providing bags for items, so I'll be shopping at Costco to help save money.

I love navy exchange. Whenever I come here to shop, I can stop and grab lunch, get my banking done, mail a package, or go grocery shopping. I love the convenience of everything in one place. Highly recommend

Go no further for your Hawaiian souvenirs. You can't beat any other pricing on the island if you have a DOD ID card. Endless amount of Leis and Hawaiian attire.
