The staff in this NEX is in desperate need of customer service training. I am not stationed in HI so I asked for assistance in using the pump. Instead of helping me out like a normal human being, the old lady in this NEX told me in a sarcastic tone to look at the other people using the pump. Great job NEX for hiring such grumpy employees. If you’re not happy with your job, just quit. Or work somewhere else where you don’t have to interact with another human being.

I like getting gas there. Now that it just reopened a few days ago. Not so crowed as the main gas lanes.Right now the Mart is in renovations and implementing new shelving. Half of the store is blocked out. Great location within the residential area to pickup some snacks and drinks. Must have a military ID to purchase.

An okay place to stop for gas and mini mart items. At the time of this review they are updating their gas pumps so they are out of service. Oftentimes they run out of the low octane gas, but I suppose it’s the cost of living on an island, but the good part is the medium octane is still cheaper than the non-military gas stations. DOD ID is required to use. They do check.

I think this is a nice close store. The prices are a little steep but still within reason. They have everything you will need from personal to car needs. The people are good.

Always friendly faces and good prices! Nice location: close enough to bypass the big NEX on busy days and right by the airport for a quick snack/drink while waiting to pick up friends and family or passing through into town. ☺️

(Military ID card required)Great place to fill up gas when in town. Fast and convenient to shop and go, instead of going into the commissary.My only small issue was...Some staff members are friendly, some not so friendly.However, this is a great place to stop when needing something quick.Store is always clean inside. Bathroom is available to use. Wheelchair accessible. Mask required. (until mandate is over) No temperature check. No lines to come in.

Military ID required. The BX is pretty well stocked for all family needs. The commissary is not that big but still pretty good!
