Was a huge fan but will not be returning. I had a very negative dressing room experience.
After trying on clothes, I accidentally placed one item backwards on the hanger. The staff member repeatedly commented on it in a way that made me feel as if I had done something seriously wrong. After his initial comment I had immediately offered to help correct everything and even said that I could put everything back for him. However, he followed by saying that “No good deed goes unpunished,” which makes no sense to me as I hadn’t touched or moved anything that would’ve made his life harder, I had only just offered. In addition, it’s a sarcastic and cynical statement that I could never imagine being said to a customer as it’s incredibly unprofessional. Through the interaction he’d also kept telling me to be more mindful and careful???
He had also exaggerated the situation a lot, he began by saying “you put ALL these clothes on backwards” when it was only one or two out of about 7.
I’ve never had this kind of interaction at any other store. It was an honest mistake, but it turned what should have been a simple shopping trip into a stressful and incredibly discouraging experience. It’s even worse knowing that I’m a person who does everything to try to make employees’ jobs as easy as possible.
It was an older man, all white hair.
I don’t know if it was racism or just that he was having a terrible day, but it was a horrendous experience. Definitely not something that anyone should run into as a customer anywhere let alone in a tourist area.

I recently visited the new Nord Stream Rake, and I have to say — I’m super impressed! The place is really well-organized, clean, and full of energy. The atmosphere is casual but stylish, and it’s a fun spot to explore, relax, and enjoy something new.
What I really loved is that there’s so much to choose from! Whether you’re in the mood for snacks, drinks, light meals, or just browsing — there’s a little bit of everything. Everything is neatly presented and easy to navigate, which makes the experience even better.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole place feels fresh and well-thought-out. I love when places offer variety with quality, and this one definitely delivers on both. Prices are fair, and the whole vibe is welcoming.
I’m honestly so happy with my visit — I left with great impressions and things I actually wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back again and recommending it to friends!

This was my second visit to this store. I'm consistently impressed by the popular name brands featured in the shoe department, such as On, Nike, Vionic, Vince, and Calvin Klein. Unfortunately, I often leave empty-handed due to the limited selection in my size, though I still enjoy browsing.
The luggage and skincare/makeup sections are also enjoyable to explore.

The employees here are so helpful! From helping a shopper find an elusive second shoe to distracting some creeper following my daughter around the store. Always good deals here- clean and organized.

Employees saved me when a creepy guy started following me around the store! I quietly went up to a nice male employee working the register and pointed out the man who was clearly waiting for me to go down the escalator after paying so he could follow. He immediately believed me and without any hesitation must have given some sort of covert message over the radio because another male employee went over to distract the creepy man so I could leave without him seeing which way I left. I felt so uncomfortable walking around the store because of him but because of how immediately prepared and understanding the employees were, I will be able to feel safe coming back again and again 🤍
DESCRIPTION FOR THE GIRLIES: this man did not look creepy. he was a fairly attractive mid 30s/40s guy. Tall, white, maybe 6’8” with intricate tattoos on his arms (one side with a tribal band) and short trimmed brown hair that was styled with gel.
