I’ve been to this salon several times, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Despite the place being consistently slow and almost always empty, they continually overcharge and upcharge for services. The first visit, I was charged one price, but each subsequent visit saw my bill creeping up without any clear reason. It feels like they increase the price every time you return.
Additionally, I strongly suggest not tipping them. Even though they may try to make you feel uncomfortable with stares or hints, just pay for the service and walk out. The staff doesn't speak much English and struggles with following directions, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, I will not be returning.

Hiro is a fantastic stylist - he is my go-to guy! I appreciate that he allows me to practice my Japanese with him whenever I am there.

this place is appointment only which i called a few hours ahead and go in. Hiro was very nice and understood what i wanted. i had came in with a bob cut, short in the back but long in the front. but i wanted to have a layered cut long in the back and short in the front. he explained how hard it would be but he could try his best. he did very well and my group said it was nice too. i suggest to bring someone who speaks japanese if you can't, it's easier to talk and explain what you'd like haircut price: $75

I was looking forward to going to the beauty salon in my busy and stressful life. However, after I mentioned that I didn't have time to dry my hair naturally, I was told how bad it was during my stay. I should have gone to freshen up, but it had the opposite effect, and it was uncomfortable when the assistant boy's finger touched my lips while I was shampooing. Unfortunately, I will never go again.

Got my hair done by Yoshi yesterday and it was by far the best salon experience I've had so far! I've been trying to get a specific style of highlights for so long but no stylist could ever do it right, until my appointment with Yoshi! He is very skilled and educated on hair and did exactly what I was going for. Definitely recommend coming here and the prices are very affordable:)

it was my first time coming here and i enjoyed it! Hiro did my hair and was super patient with me trying to explain what i wanted. it's very good for the pricing, cheaper than other salons i was looking at, yet the same/even better outcome! go here! highly recommend! ^_^

reasonable prices and great service! Yoshi-san is skilled and fast at cutting my hair, and gives recommendations on how to care for any hairstyle he cuts. They are also doing really well with safety precautions so you can rest easy when coming here.

I used to go to SOHO salon but this place is way better quality (product they use, stuff, etc..). I always get my hair done from Hiro he is well experienced and very knowledgeable. Every time I change my hair style and each time he explains details like how he is going to cut my hair and how to style my hair at home. I pay around $250 for hair cut , straight perm (just the root) and treatment it's so worth it. My hair back to alive again thank you so much. I recommend this place to anybody.

Its been a while since I got my hair cut due to covid and I'm glad I choose to get my long over due cut here. In fact, I think this was my best cut yet! Staff is very friendly, polite, and the atmosphere is welcoming. He took special care cutting my hair, and I am satisfied with how it tuned out. The cut also includes washing your hair and usually a massage (pre-covid). He is very knowledgeable and offers tips on styling and caring for your hair. Honestly I wish this place existed in California - I would come here again in the future if given the opportunity!
