“Wow! I haven't been here in years. Glad to see they're still in business and still the amazing store that I remember them being. From office supplies to art supplies they have it all. And the best part is that it's at an amazing price. Hard to find or Japan only items can be found here sometimes. But there's always some sort of sale. Be sure to check their Instagram. The cashier, Nora, was very fast and even though their CC machine was down they had a back up to make sure the lines kept moving.”

“As a medical sales consultant from time to time I am asked by my valued customers as to who would be the best scale co. here locally that will be able to address their medical professional scale needs. A place where all the boxes are checked off-staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, price is honest/fair, & where the repair service is offered either at their Hau St. shop location or @ their facilities practice location. And for me throughout the years whenever I have a customer who inquires, I won't hesitate to call or stop by to discuss my medical professional scale business needs with Yuni, the propitiator. As a service to my customers I act as a liaison where I make the connection between both parties. Although, Young Scale Co.in addition also sells/service supermarket, food service/restaurant scale needs, as well as business money processing machines. I 1st met Yuni during her many years in business @ her old Wailalae Ave location, as she has always been my 1 stop scale company where I would know through past experiences that she would always follow up and take excellent care of my customers needs. Recently, I went looking for her shop and realized she had closed??? Having my "uh huh" moment I decided to search for her company on my trusty Yelp app. and upon realizing that she had moved, I decided to drive to her Kalihi location to "talk shop". Onwards, I stopped by and I entered through the ajar door, so I didn't have the need to ring the door buzzer intercom/video. After exchanging pleasantries, our small talk conversation lead her to tell me that she has been at her Hau St, location for 6 years now. Wow! Where have I been? Time is no doubt passing "bye, bye" much too quickly.”

“Conrad Enterprises is my go-to for office furniture and supplies. They have deep local stock of common office supplies and can special order from a huge catalog that they give you that I keep on my desk. Best part is that they'll deliver your order if it's more than $25 which is a huge plus (and it's faster than Amazon). But, most importantly, this is a family run business that provides excellent customer service to me and my company; I just call Terri, and not a 1-800 number. Buy local and support hawaii small businesses.”

“Great service! Sales team, for the most part, is highly responsive and helpful! Installation team was on time and went smoothly, no punches. Desks and mobile peds look great!
Only concern is with the manufacturing time of the desks - we had to delay our hiring process by an additional two weeks to accommodate the timing of the furniture delivery. It is very difficult to time this process properly, but I'd prefer to be under promised but over delivered than over promised and under delivered.”

“We were looking for flat folded Manila folders. There were some on the shelves and I wanted a whole box. So I took one of the folder to the front cashiers. They check the top shelves and they didn't have any. So we ask if they were going to orders any more. The answer was "No, not for the rest of the year". This is the same answers we got from the other stores too!!!! We were surprised that this is a office supplies stores and they have a big warehouse and they can't replenished their supplies. We have looked for other suppliers and the same answers. No one could tell us if they're planning to get any for the "Back to School" sessions after the summer. No one could give us an answers because they're not the one to do the orders. We love ❤️ this places because we were able to find others items/supplies that mo one carry. We have recommendations this business to others when they can't find items/supplies they needed. We hoped they'll be able to restocked this items.”
