“I was asked to be available in a standard 4 hour period, however, I was contacted prior to the 4 hour period even starting, to ask if I was ready to receive the new desk. The delivery took place right as the 4 hour waiting period started, and it was already assembled, all they had to do was bring it into the house and test for me.”

“As a medical sales consultant from time to time I am asked by my valued customers as to who would be the best scale co. here locally that will be able to address their medical professional scale needs. A place where all the boxes are checked off-staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, price is honest/fair, & where the repair service is offered either at their Hau St. shop location or @ their facilities practice location. And for me throughout the years whenever I have a customer who inquires, I won't hesitate to call or stop by to discuss my medical professional scale business needs with Yuni, the propitiator. As a service to my customers I act as a liaison where I make the connection between both parties. Although, Young Scale Co.in addition also sells/service supermarket, food service/restaurant scale needs, as well as business money processing machines. I 1st met Yuni during her many years in business @ her old Wailalae Ave location, as she has always been my 1 stop scale company where I would know through past experiences that she would always follow up and take excellent care of my customers needs. Recently, I went looking for her shop and realized she had closed??? Having my "uh huh" moment I decided to search for her company on my trusty Yelp app. and upon realizing that she had moved, I decided to drive to her Kalihi location to "talk shop". Onwards, I stopped by and I entered through the ajar door, so I didn't have the need to ring the door buzzer intercom/video. After exchanging pleasantries, our small talk conversation lead her to tell me that she has been at her Hau St, location for 6 years now. Wow! Where have I been? Time is no doubt passing "bye, bye" much too quickly.”

“Conrad Enterprises is my go-to for office furniture and supplies. They have deep local stock of common office supplies and can special order from a huge catalog that they give you that I keep on my desk. Best part is that they'll deliver your order if it's more than $25 which is a huge plus (and it's faster than Amazon). But, most importantly, this is a family run business that provides excellent customer service to me and my company; I just call Terri, and not a 1-800 number. Buy local and support hawaii small businesses.”

“Wow what a gem! I never knew this is an office supplies store! I saw an old lady walking out from it and got curious. There were greeting cards for less than $2 by the window.
I went inside and oooo they’re selling my favorite items to buy - stationery! Found some Pentel pens for less than $1.50 each and I don’t have to buy a whole pack like what amazon sells. The pen writes really smooth! Also got a no sharpening pencil with French fries character on top for my son. Then there’s a small Casio pocket calculator for less than $3.50. They also got some Hawaii souvenirs like reusable shopping bags.
The store is not small and I hope to spend more time inside next time to browse what else they have!”
