“We enjoyed the visit at Mattress Firm Bouganville so much that we bought a complete bed set rather then what we went there for which was a top mattress only. Our sales person was Kaylen who patiently showed us beds from the front and back showroom. He encouraged us to try different beds which we did and was able to find one to suit our comfort without breaking our bank.

granddaughters bed and what I’ll be getting. He asked me if I had any concerns and reminded me to just ask him at any time. He conveyed to me a feeling of not only a salesman but more of a friend and I will always order from him and will always encourage other friends of mine to do the same. He even remembered me from 5 years ago when I ordered two tempur-pedic mattresses with bedframes with drawers which we are enjoying right now. I think he should get more stars for his services.

“We have a round table at home and was shopping today only for new dining chairs. Dan was so helpful and very patient as we went back and forth undecided between our two choices. Dan brought over the chairs and placed them around a round table so we could decide on the fit and help visualize if the style of the chair would work for us. “I needed the legs of my buffet cut 3 inches so that it could fit underneath my newly installed plantation shutters. I needed someone to cut them precisely so it could keep the factory look. I checked around and happy I found Satoshi. He cut the legs, matched the finish where they were cut, and added felt bottoms. I am very happy with the outcome and glad that my furniture doesn't look tacky with a bad modification job.”
“I have 4 pieces from Bali Aga in my home—a sofa table, 2 small matching dressers I use as nightstands, and a low buffet/console I use as a tv stand. Very happy with the quality for the price. I had one dresser and about a year later wanted a matching one. They told me when the container from that furniture supplier would arrive (months later) and then called me when it got here. Perfect match. And just like that…I have symmetry. Excellent customer service.”

“We have a guest bedroom that has been hardly used. So, we decided to remodel it to a Japanese style room with Tatami mats and found the Sannaka West on the Internet. After a consultation with a well thought out plan, our Japanese room was completed yesterday. They brought a carpenter from Japan specializing in the Japanese carpentry. His skill is simply amazing. The finished product is so precisely assembled and it looks like one of those rooms in expensive Japanese Inns. We also purchased the Japanese style cushions, a coffee table, and 2 sets of Futon from them. Great quality. Yes, they can be expensive but totally worthwhile. We are very happy with the quality of their service and products. I haven't been to their new showroom yet but will visit and buy a few items for our new room. RECOMMENDED.”

“Great customer service! Wide selection of Koa Wood jewelry and various items! Reasonable pricing! I was considering a gift for my daughter and she had requested something constructed of Koa Wood, and someone in another jewelry store recommended Martin & MacArthur. Upon entering the store, without a doubt I was in the right place! I was greeted by an attentive, friendly gentleman by the name of David, and he offered to assist me, but allowed me to peruse the shop to get some ideas of what I would purchase. During my browsing, he struck-up a conversation and we discussed where I was from, and where he originally lived before moving to Hawaii; his major reason for making the move was the blue skies and warm weather (smile). The shop contained many items that appealed to me, and David even convinced one of the female patrons to wear one of the items so I could get an idea of how it would look on daughter. It was perfect, and I immediately purchase the item which was reasonably priced, attractive, and wrapped in a pillow box. The shopping experience was completely enjoyable, and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you David.”

“My umbrella from Tropical J's is at least 20-25 years old. It has twice survived windstorms, once with the umbrella being lifted and ending up in my pool, and the last time was the most recent windstorm, where my umbrella was lifted over my fence, over trees, over my neighbors roof and into her pool. Although very old, it's still got more years left, although the canvas is quite mildew. I can't recommend these umbrellas high enough!”
“The keypad on my company's safe stopped working and only responded to the "c" button. I needed access to important documents so it needed to be fixed fast. I called Senetics and they let me know that the keypad needed to be replaced. I got a quote and invoice emailed straight away from Reid and Sheila. The next day my keypad was ready for pickup. Reid gave clear instructions on what to do. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Also, check out their cool office furniture!”

My fiancé and I bought Koa rings here and we absolutely love them. $275 each which is better than a lot of other locations and Martin & MacArthur specialize in Koa wood so it’s extra special. They only have 1 case of rings but they have a variety within the case. Great service too. The Korean lady (I can’t remember her name) was so helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience! The Koa watches are also very beautiful.”
