Our company had issues with a Canon printer we purchased. We got in touch with Canon but they didn't offer any help. I called the store and spoke to Alison, she was amazing and extremely helpful. I went down to the store and she was able to assist me with our printer, she was wonderful.

I was truly impressed with Chris and her customer service skills. She’s not only pleasant and efficient she was also precise with printing my documents, she aimed for perfection which I appreciated her attention to details. She was also speedy I was out in 10min so I cold continue my day!
The store was clean and all employees were very pleasant from the greeter to the cashier and everyone in between was helpful. This is definitely my go to for printing! Thanks again Chris! ??

I entered the store and immediately greeted by the friendly employees at Office Max. I wanted to make a stamp and the gentleman was really friendly. Kevin also helped me with like 5 questions. Not once did he give me the impression that I was being annoying but he truly wanted to help me and he did ! Excellent job HR for hiring excellent people with excellent customer service !

This is my go to place for printing. And I always receive high quality posters and prints. They are fast and efficient. The staff at the Print and Copy station have outstanding customer service! The nicest people. They deserve a raise!!

Come in the guy working was really nice said hello. Asked if I needed anything and then another employee helped me find something. However at checkout the girl said nothing… I smiled and said “how are you?” She didn’t reply and so I paid for my stuff and when I checked out I said “well have a good day” she said nothing… didn’t look at me at all. kids these days… I feel so bad for companies having to hire these kids. I’m a young mom and will not raise my daughter to be rude to people for no reason. Even my 9 year old is capable of saying hi, thank you, and goodbye…

I ordered plastic bins and banker's boxes but only the banker's boxes were delivered. I originally just was going to order the plastic bins but also ordered the banker's boxes to get free shipping. After over a week since the bankers boxes were delivered, I have yet to receive any notice regarding shipping on the plastic bins. Maybe they entice customers to order an extra item but then intentionally don't ship the more expensive items you originally wanted? just kidding. Their shipping department is just incompetent. Kinda bad when its a store that sells technology
