I have use Ohana 3 times it's my go too for storage needs. I filled 2 units and left the country last year in a remote area with no internet available. A few months later there was a fire there that damaged some of the front first floor units and the elevator. The damages were extensive enough that a Restoration Co. was required. Mass emails were sent to tenants to remove their items for the cleaning restoration. Since I could not be reached and my units were in the rear. Genny the manager along with restoration workers emptied my units bagged everything and transfered everything to recently cleaned units . Genny went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all my personal belongings. Now that I have returned I am eternally grateful to Genny, she get 2 thumbs up from me because she rocks!

I signed up to this company under my fiance, and the staff that is present ask for my ID and signature, etc., and I'm good to go.
A Package was delivered there for me and accepted it. It was on & off accepted or refuse but accepted eventually.
But also little did I not know my package that was supposed to be delivered was refused because of the staff says it's incomplete we also need a proof of address and need to fill another paper.
My delivery guy is upset because they accepted my first package but not my 2nd package. This is ridiculous. Staff needs to be completely trained. So the same mistake won't happen again!

I'd put 0 stars. My storage unit went from $125/mnth for quite some time, to $210 in less than 2 years under diff management. Won't be long till they raise my rent again. Found a more affordable storage with more space. Time to move out.

Excellent service, the security is great. I misplaced my keys, I called and my login was restricted to main entry and secondary entry. My storage was secure with Ohana Storage locks, making it double the locks with my origin. Great experience! Able to place my important documents in my safe and safe in my storage. No need worry about the financial institution wait-list of waiting for the right size to become available. Your Ohana Storage, allows the option to double lock our storage. I place all my duplicate keys in the digital safe. In the event if I lose my keys, and storage keys, Ohana Storage will cut the lock up on my request. And I have a backup lock inside my storage, if this should become a incident of losing my keys on hand. Awesome, 👍

Very helpful and very kind! I did the whole process online and through phone calls and when I came to move my boxes into a storage unit and my car into a car parking spot, and it was a breeze. I recommend using these guys for your storage needs.
