The store might not have the kind of clothes I'm out looking for, but, as a Gap brand, they carry the banner and customer service seems decent. Sales help are friendly and fairly available. Only nit is that it's got struck a strange layout, as the main entrance off the mall at Ala Moana is a stairway and escalator heading downstairs. You'd've thunk they'd've just leased space on the main mall level and be done with it rather than hassle with being a story below.

It is an Old Navy. It makes me feel like I'm back in the 90s. Service was as expected and the place was fairly clean. My wife also liked going through is the clearance racks
