I'm not a car person and don't know too much about cars. I was at another establishment in this area and came in to look around. As soon as I walked in there was an associate behind the counter and she greeted me. She asked if I needed any assistance and I told her that I was just looking around. They sell everything that you need for your car. I saw a whole lot of car batteries, windshield wipers, wheel covers, car seat covers, steering wheel covers and license plate holders. I also saw many things that I didn't know what it's for, lol. I wish I could be more help. The bathroom is in the back of the stockroom. I asked one of the guys working there where the bathroom was and he walked me back there. They provided very good service. They have a sign on their window that says they offer military discount.

There's one person that makes Oreilys my favorite auto parts store and in particular the Salt Lake store. Jonathan has been super helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. He should be in management. He is a true asset to the company. His leadership and example can be useful at other stores. Thanks Jonathan for all your help over the years!!

It's such a sick feeling to hop into your car and...it doesn't start. After calling roadside assistance and having my car jump started, I called several stores to check whether they had the battery I needed in stock. Chantelle (sp?) at O'Reilly Salt Lake was extremely helpful, though it was later in the evening so I decided to follow up in the morning. Spoke with Jonathan who ended the call with a warm and reassuring, "We're here to help...don't stress." Sure enough, he helped me with my purchase, installed the new battery, and made a potentially stressful process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Mahalo nui!

A BIG Mahalo to Johnathan a service tech at Salt Lake O'Reilly. My husband started the day bad, he had a Dr's appointment early in the morning, got in the car and click click Oh noo not now CAR! ! Having had the same battery from the time we purchased the car almost 7 years to date, yup it has to be the battery. But yessss thank you Jesus It started so on his way to the Dr's office. All he could think while waiting to see his Dr was "I wonder if my car will start up when I'm done".?? After seeing the Dr. He got in the car and click click oh sheesh please please start...miraculously she started up Phewwww - He drove straight to the nearest Auto store that sells battery. O'Reillys in Salt lake. Johnathan greeted him - he told him about the Car battery yada yada and Johnathan was the calm to a hectic Morning. My Husband purchased a new battery and Johnathan did the rest. Swapped the old one out put the new one in - he gave us a credit for the old one AND military discount - My husband said Johnathans experience and awesome customer service needs to be addressed. His day started bad but because of Johnathans wonderful customer service, attention to details and overall on point with what he does his day brightened up. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring Johnathan an experience - Auto tech/sales person who went out of his way to make sure I was in and out. I will definitely do more business here and will tell everyone about my wonderful experience.

Had to take my battery that was under warranty back to have them test it. They found that it was only putting out 1.25 volts out of 12, which is pretty much dead. They exchanged the bad one for a new one and even carried it to my car for me.

Awesome awesome awesome service! I wish I knew the name of the employee who helped me with purchasing and installing a new battery, but he was so kind and completed the job in less than 5 mins. My calls there always get answered on the first try always. Everyone is kind, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend

My car was lagging at the startup. Walked into the store to ask for someone to test the battery. The customer service in this place is amazing! Jonathan quickly responded, diagnosed, and had a new battery installed within just minutes. Suuuper nice dude, professional and saved my life. Lol. Fantastic job Jonathan! Mahaaaalo!

Went to pick up something, granted it was in the evening and perhaps they have their D- team working but seriously... I was asking a question to an employee and while I was thinking about his answer he farted. Yes. Passed gas. At least 3 different times during throughout the interaction. I didn't say anything at first because I almost didn't believe it, thought maybe I was hearing things. Asked my partner after and they confirmed it. BEYOND unprofessional and the guy didn't know jack sh*t about cars. Never again.

Needed a specific electrical part for work but their inventory system said they had three, but there were only two he could find. Unfortunately when I looked at them they looked different and he realized someone had stolen half of the part so he could only sell me one. Thankfully I noticed it before I left since he could give me the refund and I didn't have to go back and they might not have believed me.

Arden was very helpful & super friendly!He helped me find an upper cooling hose for my Ford F-250.After having a rough day driving around the island to find this part which other shops did not have in stock although showing "in stock" on the website and app or just not having the correct part when I showed up , Arden really made my day just by having a very cool attitude and just by being super cool but most importantly helpful.Such a relief when speaking to knowledgeable and friendly staff.Thanks Arden! You're one solid braddah! Yessuh!
