Wish my husband and I knew about Pacific Appliance Group years ago. These people are the best. Reba and Mike were so helpful and knowledgeable when we were looking for a new range. Their customer service was terrific. Junior and Leonard delivered our new range, set it up, tested it, and carefully explained the new features. They were professional, polite, and were happy to answer any questions we asked. Everyone together made the experience pleasant. We highly recommend Pacific Appliance Group.

Our 10-15 yr. old GE Monogram built in refrigerator, after few years of repairing suddenly went offline on us; in a panic, I reached out to a few appliance places here in Honolulu, but only Scot Nakasone at Pacific Appliance Group Inc. was able to help me with lightning speed; on Monday, spoke to him about my problem and a need for a built in replacement right away and on Tuesday a new one was delivered with a very professional installment crew who did a fantastic job with ease; MAHALO NUI LOA, SCOT AND THE ENTIRE PACIFIC APPLIANCE GROUP!!

Pacific Appliance Group exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was impressed by their knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped me choose the perfect appliances for my home. They really listened to what I needed and offered helpful, honest recommendations. The delivery was also timely, professional and stress free. The delivery team handled with care and made sure everything was set up right.

I had a fantastic experience with Pacific Appliance Group! Their team was incredibly efficient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took their time to ensure my washer and dryer were installed properly and running smoothly, without making me feel like they were in a rush.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail. The washer and dryer fit perfectly, and their careful installation made all the difference. Unlike my frustrating experience with Lowe’s, where the team seemed unwilling to complete the installation, Pacific Appliance Group provided excellent service with a positive attitude.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable appliance installation. They truly go above and beyond!

I have three excellent appliances now: Whirlpool washer dryer stack, GE refrigerator, and GE range. I'm very happy with the honesty, patience, warranty and especially with the support. Pacific Appliance Group is THE place to order your appliances. My experience from the day I entered the showroom to the day I received both my GE Stacked Washer/Dryer and Subzero Refrigerator Freezer has been amazing. John B my salesman handled all my appliances and saw to it that my needs were met. The Riggs Delivery Team came on time and delivered appliances as well as handled installation perfectly. In installing my washer/dryer, the installer was able to remedy a water issue with water turn off valve. Saved me from having to reschedule delivery and paying a plumber to fix valve. I can’t say more about Pacific Appliance Group and the Riggs Team!

My Whirlpool refrigerator was delivered today, on time and by absolute professionals! Deion is a class act and ensured that it was properly installed and functioning. I hope everyone is just as lucky to get Deion and Kufus to deliver their goods! Thanks also to Tracy for scheduling me in as soon as possible. She was very polite and clearly communicated what I was to expect. I would highly recommend Pacific Appliance Group to any of my Ohana. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!

I bought my kitchen appliance from Bob 6 years ago. 4-5 years in, I had an ongoing issue with my range, and Bob managed to get me warranty help even though it was past the due date. He responded quickly to my request by email even after all those years. Today, I emailed him about my lights going bad inside my fridge, and he responded immediately with a plan of action. It's so rare to see this kind of follow up these days, and to be able to maintain a connection like that over that amount of time is amazing. This review is long overdue. Thanks for all of your help Bob. Your service is exceptional. Whatever my next purchase will be, it's going to be with you and Pacific Appliance Group. Mahalo, Peter

I am one who shops around and tries to get appliances that rate high and for a reasonable price. Garret from Pacific Appliance was able to get us a washer and dryer and installation within a week. And for a great price. I was pleasantly surprised Pacific Appliance could service us as everywhere else had supply chain problems that would take weeks or months.Service: Household appliance installation
