“This is the absolute best place to get a souvenir to bring back to your furry friend if you’re visiting Honolulu. The store is a bit difficult to find - it’s located above Waikiki wind spa, go up the elevator to the 3rd floor - but it is an absolute hidden gem. Lots of specialty handmade toys, Hawaii themed outfits for cats and dogs, and more unique finds that you won’t see anywhere else in Waikiki. The owner is very sweet and puts lots of care into the business. Highly recommend!”

“Ever since they had a pop up at the dog convention, we've been getting our doggy treats from here. We love that they have their own shop and that's it's very accessible.I placed a pick up order last night and it was ready for pick up around 1pm today (the next day). We went to pick up my order and I decided to buy one more treat since one was out from my original order.We were checking out the furikake seasoning but we decided not to get it. But after checking out, I believe she was the owner, she gave us a FREE sample of the furikake. It was about half the container or a little bit more and I was so surprised! She was so nice! I wish I got her name.But if you are looking for dog treats, this is the perfect spot!100/10!”

She also said happy birthday to him when she found out it was his birthday. I got him some amazing dog treats here and sign up for the points to receive discounts. My dog loves the treats so far! “Almost every Wednesday I buy 40 plus dollars of their products at the Open Market by Blaisdell arena. At the residential building, I give treats to 6 dogs of different owners at least once a day. Sometime maybe twice. Their products are suited for dogs of different sizes and some of these dog owners I know has purchased Bow Wow product’s themselves. I recommend Bow Wow. I have been a customer for over 2 years. They are honest and professional. Dogs visiting at the open market get free treats to break the ice. Visit them with or without a dog.”

“The staff and selection is great. The changes to the petco app and rewards program are not as great. With the new platform, price matching is unnecessarily difficult.
I miss being able to see when my rewards post since the last $5 reward is always a few days/weeks after the fact and I don't know when it is. I miss the window if I can't see it.

“7/22/2026 - First time grooming appointment for our furbaby with groomer Ahja. Ahja is amazing ! She groomed Baymax perfectly and really listened to my concerns. I am so happy that we found a groomer that listens to my concerns and did exactly what I was requesting. Baymax came out looking beautiful and she seems much more comfortable with her new haircut ! Looking forward to seeing Ahja again. Ahja is friendly, helpful, informative, patient and very kind. Thank you Ahja ! Finally found Baymax's forever groomer.

“Staff literally inspires awe. They are awesome!! I was greeted warmly and an employee helped me find exactly what I wanted. Hawai'i prices will always be high, but my pets deserve the best. Checkout was backed up, and staff immediately opened more registers to help us. I make the drive from west side just to shop here because the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely care. 100/100. Lots of parking too.”

“First, I posted a few pictures of the front entrance along with a video. The directions to the location had me a little confused but I ended up getting it sorted out. It's right next to the FedEx building and there's ample parking in the front. Next, I usually go to the other location on the other side of the island but I was in the area for some errands. The selection is quite good and the AC is nice and cool, which definitely helps in this area is very hot. The selection of food, dog treats, and even toys / water bowls was really nice and the prices weren't outrageous at all. I would definitely recommend going if you want a good experience, from friendly staff, with decent prices.”
