My poppy loves her aunty Tatianna!! She did an excellent job on grooming her we wanted her hair short and Tati called us to check if we would mind leaving a bit of her tail, omg it came out so cute!! Poppy responded very well and gave aunty hugs!! When it came to blow drying she tucked her head in aunty's arm, that's love This was her second time with TTianna and we will continue to keep going back for her grooming, it's more a spa day for her.. she gets to spend time and share love with Aunty!!

I remember selling lemonade and kool-aid to the carpenters that were working for my dad. We lived in one of the houses for a few years I think. That was probably my favorite house out of them all growing up. My dad was doing pretty good for the times then, he maintained a high standard for his material things. He liked style and quality. I'm amazed that the houses go so high as 3.5 million. Wow , I did this review a while ago and I don't think this is for pet smart. it has nothing to do with pets or pet smart store. And I do go there all the time for my cat and fish and one granddaughter that is a d o g . It's way cheaper than the super markets and we all like it.

this place is so bad, I booked my dog's grooming over the phone, the person told me that they can
[email protected] on feb 26th on monday by Jasmine, so I took uber and hurry to get there. the store was open, but groomer was all gone. according by the stuff, they were gone an hour ago so i did called the same number and asked the operator what was going on? she said that she wasn't the one answered, so she transfered my call to the custmoer service, where she told me that i can discuss, but oh my surprise! custemer service was already closed, that means that person just tried to pass me to somebodyelse, so she didn't have to listen, it was already so bad, but the person made it worse. I won't reccomand this non responsibity place!

I ordered a 48" crate for pickup. By the time i got it at home in Kapolei, I found out they actually put a 36" in my car. Had to call 3 times before somebody actually answered and verified that they did have it in stock, and just gave me the wrong one. Ended up returning to the Kapolei store and ordering the correct size from their competitor.

Well stocked with supplies for most pet breeds, and also have a grooming salon in the building. Be aware, although there is a large homeless population on the street outside, they have never bothered me when I have been shopping here.

Store itself is neat and clean but across the parking lot is a large homeless encampment and sketchy.

I wish the location was better but the store itself is really nice. It is stocked with tons of brands of food for all sorts of animals. The toy selection for cats is really good, and mine love the toys. Staff have been friendly every time I've been there.

I love this place and I go here everytime. But the only thing that I will complain about is the curbside parking. Everytime when I go there, The curbside is always full with no people inside their car. So I had to go inside to pickup my order.

Despite being in a very challenging location, service was friendly and prices good. They were the only store to carry the limited ingredient food I needed for my best friend. My new favorite pet store!

Highly recommend training classes with Teneshia. If you’re on the fence about paying for the classes, they are the most affordable I’ve seen here and very helpful. Teneshia is the only trainer at this store and she’s amazing. She’s very hands on and personal with the dogs she is training. By the end of our 12 weeks (2 classes) our dog was so attached to her. The training she provides is helpful and I can actually see a difference in our dog from when we first brought him in and now.

The store is a great place to shop; it's clean, it's organized and they have just about anything and everything needed for pets. But, don't be fooled the glitz and the glamour of the store because the grooming services is by far one of the worse; some of their staff members are rude and cocky! You can make an appointment, check-in your pet, get an estimated time of completion and then not get the service you expected because walk-in's will take precedence over pet(s) that have appointments. I brought my 4 month old Siberian Husky puppy for a quick bath and nail buffing and was quoted by Gabrielle to be finished in a hour and a half to two hours. After walking in the store for 35 to 40 minutes, we went back to find that our puppy wasn't in the treatment room. Gabrielle walked out with another dog and informed us that our puppy was going to be finished in two to two and half hours and that our puppy was in the back being dried. Upon questioning "WHY?!", she claimed that she could groom pets up to four at a time and took walk-in to service other pets. I asked if appointments take precedence over walk-in's and was informed that PetSmart groomers are allowed to handle up to 4 pets at a time. When I asked for the manager, Gabrielle went to the back of the treatment room to bring my puppy out to be looked at. It was then we acknowledge that he wasn't even given a bath yet after 45 minutes of being in the store. As I began arguing with the manager on duty, Cameron (another grooming personnel) jumped into the conversation trying to inform us that they can do multiple pets at one time. My family was not concerned about other pets, but our puppy, that we brought in more than 45 minutes ago and wasn't even taken cared of. To add insult to injury, Gabrielle offered us an express service (where she would concentrate on one pet - our puppy) for an additional fee, and be completed in an hour and a half. As I departed the salon waiting area, my wife continued her argument with the duty manager and Gabrielle regarding our visit, the other salon personnel, Cameron began to verbally attack my wife as my wife insisted that she was not talking to her. My wife made a statement that we're were not coming back to this grooming salon and Cameron responded; "GOOD!" To make matter worse, when I called the Store Manager (Garrett), Tuesday morning to discuss the matter, I got the feeling he wasn't in the mood for my complaint and said there was no indication of any situation that occurred over the weekend since he only returned from being off on Sunday and Monday. After speaking with him for more than 10 minutes, it was apparent that my conversation with him was not going to resolve any issues.
