Ordered delivery one day before, the app mess up the delivery time! And called they earlier and they just told me they will put rush order but pizza will be deliver the “ same time” !!! So terrible!

This is a Take Out only site. I ordered on the phone. The person was super helpful. When I went to store, the pizza was waiting for me. it was great.

Could not send my order through mobile app.Ordered through the website. Website would not let me redeem my 300 points. Ended up paying full price. If you offer points through the mobile app, it's your responsibility to make sure that it functions whenever the customers use it. You should also test your website often to make sure the customers can redeem their points. Failure to do so makes you look like you are advertising falsely or that you simply do not care about your customers.

You can never go wrong with pizza hut. We stopped here for some pizza to chow on. Ordered pepporoni pizza with everything on it. Ordered some drinks with the pizza with a table of 5. Usually i like to get the meat lovers pizza. Nice location and customer service ok. Pizza still good, id return again.

Can't communicate throughly over the phone. Repeatedly OVER SAID my order many of times!! Picked up my order and it was all wrong. Thanks again Pizza Hut. Never fails to amaze me.

This Pizza Hut is awesome. Location is nice, The wait is never long. The prices are great/ affordable. The staff is always nice and polite. See you guys next Friday ☺️

Pizza hut on Wilder in makiki is 10 min walk away from my house No joke worse pizza I ever ate. Ordered a large 3 topping pizza and seriously gas station pizza was better then this. Choked down 11/2 slice cause I paid 17 for pie plus 9 tip (stupid me) but then couldn't do it anymore and threw the rest in the trash where it belonged in the beginning. Glad I went and picked up and didn't pay for delivery also for that garbage.

I was delivering for doordash and they had my order ready as soon as I got there. It was a large chicken pizza with 2 orders of breadsticks, marinara sauce and a few of the other sauces they offer with a 2 liter of mug rootbeer.

Staff is helpful. Would prefer the old sit-down version but this is okay. The Melt seems pretty good.
