I ordered online through pizza hut and a door dash delivery driver called me and stated that there were no more Cajun frys. I put in 2 orders totaling 24 dollars. Door dash guy said I need to contact door dash for refund. I called pizza hut and they said they can't do anything on their end. So door dash called me that night and said I will get a refund. Well that was 3/5/24 and nothing came in. I called door dash 3/16/24 and they said refund was sent and I need to call the bank. Called the bank and there is no evidence of a refund to my account. Frustrating...better off picking up your food since I lost or had my money stolen by door dash and Pizza Hut cant do anything. Ridiculous!

Nobody was there except the guy making the pizza. Atmosphere had 2 cones near a wall with pizza boxes behind it. Not too much room. Monitor showing orders ready was off. Guy making pizzas had to turn around n call someone to help me. That particular person made an sarcastic comment about my order as well. Never will i return to this location. Bad service and unprofessional. That person needs a slap across the face

I'm not a huge pizza hut fan but i think this location deserves a compliment. I ordered 10 pizzas for my kids bday party but one was without cheese. They asked if it was for allergies and it was for one of the children there who reacts poorly to any dairy. When i arrived they were still boxing up my order and the manager made sure that they used a different cutting board and blade for the one without cheese. This is impressive to me that they took so much care to make sure there was no cross contamination. If they do this for a non dairy pizza I'm willing to bet the rest of the operation is very sanitary. I think the team deserves a shout out for this attention to detail. It's so rare to see that now. I really appreciate the care.Dietary restrictions: Very strict adherence to dietary restrictions here. They don't play if you let them know what your allergy is they will take extra care to avoid contamination.

Food itself is always good but after about 5 of my own orders and over 20 orders I’ve picked up as a delivery driver for DoorDash I’ve had 1 order ever be ready at the time it says it will be

The app not working correctly. Set pick up time for 630pm when I ordered at 509pm. WhenI picked it up it was cooked and ready at 525pm so the pizza sat for one hour.

I love Pizza Hut and this place is the closest to me. The first time they burnt my pizza, I figured it was maybe off day. I went today and sad to say my food was burnt again. My fault for not looking before I left. I encourage everyone to check their food prior to leaving just in case. Staff was friendly which was great but yeah.

Salt Lake Boulevard location: Over 2 hours to get one pizza and an order of wings. The website already posted a 39-49 minute time to delivery (which we pay a $5 fee) and tip to the driver, however I called multiple times past that advertised time and was told the were delayed over an hour. Then it became 2 hours. Zero communication or updates from the dispatch via text. Zero offer to reimburse me as a customer or offer a coupon. Pizza and wings were both cold and dry. Worst experience to date. In today's age with the challenges companies face to keep the doors open, you'd think they would have provided a better service or atleast acknowledged the issue and worked to maintain your trust and business.Vegetarian options: Could not order a supreme due to being out of peppers and other veggies.

Ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks and a pasta bowl online. Called the store and requested they add extra wing sauce to my order (that I paid for) food comes and I am missing breadsticks and my wing sauce. I call the customer service and inform them 1.5 hours later I still have not received the the items I was missing. They stated a manager would call me. 35 minutes later I call back and am patched in with a "manager" that tells me all my items were delivered. I assured her I would not have wasted 3.5 hours of my life if I had the items I paid for. Her response was "ok". Delivery man shows up and decides he wants to debate with me that the pasta online doesn't come with breadsticks. I guess asking for people to simply do their job and have decent customer service is too much to ask. If I could give this Pizza Hut negative stars I would!

can’t put a rating for ZERO stars so unfortunately they got to have one. Let me begin….can i get my pizza cooked twice?..yes sir like i want it cooked twice ok YES SIR ITS GONNA BE 10-15 minutes….27 minutes later i get a pizza cooked once.I repeat myself once again i wanted my pizza cooked twice ok sorry lemme go cook it again and what do i see…..my pizza going in the half way point so i stop them and say no put it in the beginning and the woman has the nerve to argue with me about it’s going be burnt.THATS WHY I ASKED TO COOK IT TWICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I LIKE IT BURNT AND CRISPY on top of that i still believe they only cooked the new one 1-1/2 but without flipping out i told them perfect i was already over it and very hungry at this point

While the pizza was good, I ordered takeout and it took a full hour for it to be ready, when the mobile app said it would take 15 minutes. Basically an extra45 minute wait. The staff did what it could under the circumstances, and I commend them for trying to assuage those of us customers waiting, but they were understaffed on this evening. This is more of a management issue.
