I have had multiple occasions to bring things in and create "masterpieces". Derrick, Tristan, and crew are extremely nice, helpful, creative, and very pleasant to work with. I took their suggestions on each project and I am very happy with everything we did. I highly recommend this store.

I haven't been to Pictures Plus in decades, but I remember framing some wonderful Christmas gifts. So, this Christmas I got inspired to frame a nice photo for my wife and went to Kahala Mall with just my phone. Tristan was very helpful in helping me make my decisions. I was done in like 5 minutes. The original options I chose came out to like $340, which was way too much. So, Tristan helped me tone down my options to bring my cost down to $240. They called me when it was completed just as scheduled and the picture came out fantastic. Couldn't be happier, except I had no idea that having an 8"X10" photograph framed could cost this much. I would still come back because I have never been not satisfied.

We used Pictures Plus to frame several wedding pictures from our son's wedding. Rafael did a FANTASTIC job. He adjusted the color in the pictures and cropped so they looked better. He helped us pick frames that would flatter the pictures. Prompt, friendly, helpful service!! We highly recommended Pictures Plus Kahala.

I enjoyed my experience creating a custom frame with Tristan. He did an outstanding job helping me choose the right frames and mats to showcase my one-of-a-kind dragonfly painting.My artwork was finished in the timeframe quoted and it looks amazing.Thank you Tristan!

Pictures Plus consistently has great service with very helpful employees. They have great vision while also keeping things affordable and are very customer oriented. Tristan helped me completley revive two prints that were first birthday presents from a dear family friend, as well as two canvas pieces from my late grandparents. And when I came to pick them up, Derek generously unwrapped the finished prints for me to see right away then helped re-pack them for transport. Awesome team!

I recently had two art pieces re-framed at Pictures Plus. Both consultants that I worked with were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The process of ordering was easy and the pieces were finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely bring any future framing projects to Pictures Plus!

Service was fast and they were great about talking through about the options available which there was so many to choose from! I had a 40 under 40 award framed and Tristan was so helpful. Tristan was knowledgeable on giving options and talking through what would work best. The only thing I would ask them to do next time is give a estimate price sheet so we can get an idea of the options and add ons. Also the lead time is quick!

Pictures Plus is great. They are my go-to business to frame anything from family pictures to making shadow boxes with professional momentoes or jerseys. Tristan helped me with my latest shadow box. I had an idea going in, and he really elaberated in laying it out, then picking the mat, and finally wrapping it up with the frame. The little details like the red border just inside the glass sets Pictures Plus apart.

About a month ago I went to Pictures Plus with an idea of making a collage out of pictures I'd collected over the years. Tristan was very helpful and suggested I purchase the board from them and arrange the pictures myself. Looking at the pictures I brought with me, he did a "guesstimate" of what size board I'd need and also suggested that I get the acid-free board. Within a week I had the board and started playing around with the arrangement. I did a "rough draft" and took pictures of what I had at that point. A week later I decided to start on the real deal. It took me several hours to arrange/rearrange the pictures to my satisfaction BEFORE "gluing" everything in place. Tristan had suggested using double-sided tape (which I did). I took it in, and Tristan helped me with selecting the mats, frame, and glass. He said it would take about a week. Today I went in to pick up the finished piece, and I am very pleased with the final product.

Absolutely A+++ service. I own a small ramen shop that I wanted to brighten up with some nice posters. Raphael at Pictures Plus was stellar in helping me get the most bang for the buck in the fastest time possible. Recommend!
