I recently adopted a 10-month old cat from the Humane Society and wanted to have her professionally groomed. The website and photos of Pounce Hawai'i made me feel like it's a great place to bring her for a spa treatment. The communication with the staff was easy via texts and we were able to get an appointment set up quickly. On the day of the appointment, both Luna and I were nervous about how this would turn out. An hour later, Luna was returned clean & shiny. She got home and continued grooming herself with no signs of distress. Looking forward to more pampering at Pounce!

I adopted a new kitten from Pounce Hawai'i last week. This was my first visit to Pounce and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I scheduled an appt in the morning and by the afternoon I had adopted Ezri, aka. Steel Panther. The staff was knowledgeable of each of the cats, their personalities, and their histories. All of the kitties were obviously well taken care of and comfortable around people. Pounce also has grooming and boarding services - I don't know of anyone else on the island offering such in-depth kitty care. LOVE IT! Keep up the great work and mahalo nui for helping us find the newest member of our 'ohana!

This had got to be the best place if you’re looking for someone to look after your cat! The girls at Pounce are just so so kind and they truly care about the cats. I was going out of town for two weeks and had to quickly find somewhere to take my baby Luna after our original cat sitter plans fell through. They treated her amazingly and i loved that they let us take home a cat scratcher/toys when I picked her up! I definitely recommend this place and am so thankful to them for everything. <3

Pounch Hawaii took excellent care of my cat, while I was out of state. I have used their services from boarding and grooming multiple times, and I am pleased and very satisfied with their services. The owners and staffs always provide excellent customer services, friendly and provide extra love and care to our purr baby Chicken.Tay

We had to find a place to board our two cats for a week on short notice due to apartment repairs, and were so lucky that Pounce was able to take them. Our kitties are very nervous around new places and people, so we were very happy that their stay included personal attention from the staff, which we knew would help comfort them. Sure enough, the staff reported that our cats warmed up and did well! We would not hesitate to use Pounce again. Next time though, I think we will definitely be spending the extra money to get daily photo updates; we missed our kitties too much!

Our cat Maple loves her stays at Pounce!! The staff is so friendly and very responsive, and we love the photos they share with us! It give us such a great peace of mind knowing that our kitty is safe and well looked after while we're away!

Had a great time meeting the cats and ended up going home with two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even if you’re not looking to adopt, visit the cat cafe for some cuddles

My family went on vacation to Canada and our babies were so well taken care of! My family and I received photos of our two cats everyday while we were gone, they got their recommended food and water in take and also got to play with Sophia :) thank you Pounce Hawaii.

Incredibly thankful for Pounce Hawaii taking such great care of Frankie over the holidays. It was my first time using a service like this and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish the communication was so thorough and thoughtful. The Pounce team eased all my worries and I knew Frankie was in such loving hands with fellow cat lovers! Thank you Pounce for not only existing as a business, but standing above the rest with truly high quality standards and practices and most importantly a warm heart! ?❤️Also the pictures they sent were the best photos taken of lil Frankie I've ever seen. I've come nowhere close to getting her to sit still ?

Pounce always takes great care with Gaige every time I have to go out of town. It gives me so much relief knowing she’s being given attention and love throughout the day, instead of being home alone with someone only coming over once a day to feed her. I also love how Gaige has a private suite with a window instead of being boarded at the vet’s office in a small cubicle on the wall with other animals. Thank you Pounce for being Gaige’s home away from home.

I had wonderful time. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed playing with cats while I was here. Most of cats were very friendly, playful and loved to eat treats. I definitely recommend 1 hour play time instead of 30 minutes. Time flies!!! I will visit here again.

Pounce has truly been a blessing, taking amazing care of my cats whenever I travel. They always pamper them, as I can tell from the picture and video messages while I’m away. They also have meticulously followed their food and med schedules and instructions. Sometimes the cats even cry when it’s time to leave and head home! The last time I traveled, they really went above and beyond in customer service. I injured my knee while traveling and was unable to make my scheduled pickup, so they drove the cats to my apartment! Would definitely recommend to anyone on Oahu that wants to be confident their kitties will be in good hands when they travel.
