Really enjoying the atmosphere, the teachers, and the patrons! So happy I found this place. The variety of offerings is really neat as well. I was able to take tai chi and aerial yoga for the first time.

We are the 1st Power Yoga Studio in Oahu and teach in the style of its founder Bryan Kest. We also offer Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thiramoolar Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Acro Yoga. Our teachers travel to India frequently to consistently improve their teaching skills and knowledge.
