The atmosphere inside the store was nice and the staff were very polite and I had a fun shopping experience. I would like to visit Hawaii again if I have a chance.

Staff follow you around the store. lol. This is absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t separate from my husband we had to be together because assigned staff couldn’t be in two places at once. total killer! . Even if I wanted to make a purchase, I ?wouldn’t in this store !

We visited Hawaii for our wedding and honeymoon. I always shop in Japan, and they have a good selection, so I was able to easily find the bags and sunglasses that I liked. The store staff was also very responsive and I was able to shop comfortably.
I was able to enjoy my trip by being told about recommended places to eat.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Prada store. I felt so rushed by the employee that was “helping me” and she kept asking if I was done shopping. I would’ve bought more but I just left with a hat since the lady was pushing me out. Never coming back to this location.

Jessica was lovely in showing me the various offerings and finding other colors for the handbag I was eyeing (who wants black when there's mango green? Not this girl), the Symbole. Wished it came with a longer strap because I like my crossbody bags to be worn just at the hip, not the waist. Thanks, Jessica, for all your patient and gracious help, throughout our shopping experience!

Shoutout to Masayo for being a great SA! I knew what I wanted prior to coming in the store. She made it very easy going for me, took me to the back room and offered water. Customer service was on point. This was definitely a gift to myself to remember.

Nice prada with plenty to look at, on my last visit I bought 1 bag, 1 wallet and 1 pair sunglasses. I had a good experience and the sales staff were nice. However this recent visit I was followed around by a staff. It would have been a lot better to not be followed around or have them listen to my private conversation with my husband. We would have bought a men's bag but decided to leave. The vibe is off here and they seem desperate to sell something. :(
