Jodi is the best facialist in the world. She makes me look like a diva. Really recommend. And everyone at the salon is super nice and helpful. No icky vibes here, all good!

Omg! Desperate for a haircut on a Sunday, and since my regular hairdresser was on vacation, I was able to get an appt here. Price was reasonable so I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise, the place was booming with business. I ended up with a very elderly woman which to be honest made me extremely nervous. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she began to cut. She had a different way of cutting from what I'm used to for layering. She didn't ask me any questions but I just let it go. As she was drying my hair, she didn't ask what I liked but again I just let it go. I finally spoke up to say I needed lift on the top. I wasn't too happy with the look but didn't bother at that point. After I got home I tried to style my hair myself and it was difficult because of the irregular cut. This stylist might do better with short haircuts. If the salon would get clients preferences in advance and assign stylists accordingly, that might help avoid disappointments.

Totally love Lori!!! She is a miracle worker you will walk out feel gorgeous! I have recommended lots of people to Lori and none of them ever left disappointed. She even fixed up a bad hair cut on my friends curly hair, as it takes someone amazing to cut curly hair and that is Lori! Overall customer service is awesome from check in to check out!! They are so welcoming and so awesome at thanking you for coming in. Ohhh and they always ask about booking another appointment. I would totally recommend this Salon!! You will feel at home and comfortable in your skin!! Loti is my favorite however I feel pretty confident they are all good.

My sixteen year old has the most beautiful hair and asked me to go and get a hair trim while at Kahala. She ended up at the Macy's Hair Salon in Kahala. This hair cut is hideous. It is not blended and looked like it is two different hair styles in one with the length. I have to say it looks like it was chopped by a 8 year old and my daughter was told this woman had been cutting hair for over 30 years. I can't even take it to be fixed because she cut the top layer so short and so far back that they would have to chop it in order to blend and bring these two lengths together. Needless to say, I am extremely upset.
