Just got our full refund back after waiting three months for our sons ring. Simple ring nothing fancy and not a big size finger either. Nice people but can't deliver on what they say. Sad because they my family because they spend lots of money there. Won't be buying anything from them.

beware of scam! takes your downpayment, promises to deliver & does not meet their commitment to deliver the goods. ordered 9-months ago & no delivery, no call back even after my numerous calls & emails. this is fraud! poor customer service! don't waste your time or money! please take your business elsewhere or you'll be scammed too!

Also, I want to add that I placed my custom order for my bracelet on Dec 3, 2023. Brianna stated that they will try to fulfill the order before Christmas. In the previous reviews I see so much people complaining about special orders and pick up time and dates. People need to be patient. When the order is ready they will call you. Also, if you want updates on your order, just text them. I personally met the father and I have had no issues.

WARNING:If you get a verbal commitment make sure you get it in writing because they will NOT honor it.I bought a Gold chain/Hawaiian bracelet and the bracelet was supposed to be ready before valentines day. Called and left multiple messages and never received a return call. I went there on valentines day expecting the bracelet to be ready to give to my fiance and was told it was never made and I will have to wait until next week. I didnt push the issue but while I was waiting for them to look for the bracelet that was never made I decided to purchase a pendent. Since they ruined my valentines present and miss quoted me the price for the pendent they were willing to give me a discount. I told them I will purchase the pendent when the bracelet is ready. When I came back to pick up the bracelet and purchase the pendent they wouldn't honor the price I was quoted. Also the bracelet wasn't even the correct size. SMH!!!JUST BAD BUSINESS AND WONT BE COMING BACK OR SUGGESTING THEM TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK FOR OTHER SHOPS THAT CAN KEEP DEADLINES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND HONOR THERE QUOTED PRICES!!!

They NEVER return phones calls or email. They say to look on their site for prices but then the site says to call for prices because the price of gold fluctuates! C'mon girls. Go to Kalihi Gold Pawn. Mike & Kelina don't just want your money. They take time to create your one of a kind piece to treasure for your lifetime. There is not rushing you out the door!!!

Customer service sucks!!! Their commit dates for custom order sucks too!! I'm not one to write bad reviews but this place made the devil come out of me with this lack of compassion & understanding! I ended up with a refund cause they could not commit but I love how she tries to twist the story like it's my fault they didn't have my PAID produce ready as promised! Y'all lucky I don't live in Hawaii cause I would told you off to your face! I'm over it but I would not recommend them! Go elsewhere!!

They have the best prices and I'm always happy with the finished product !! I've read many reviews about the jewelry not being ready on time I would suggest to order way before you need it.. it is worth it !! And she does layaway which is awesome !!

Placed my order for bracelet made it clear of the only design I wanted and even showed her my other bracelet for lettering expectations. Came to pick it up they added designs shortened area for long Hawaiian name and made it small. All the letters bled together you couldn’t even read it. She got huffy with me demanded final payment before she corrected 1 month later no response from them. Save your time don’t go here

May 17,2022: It disappoints me to have to write this review. My family has been getting their jewelry for years here & for my first time I put in an order for a custom pendant made. (I haven't received it yet & it's a surprise for my boyfriend so I'm not going to explain what it is yet) I put in my order on Dec 15, 2021. Paid half thinking they would start on my order. Paid it off in January 2022. They gave me the run arounds I had to send the same pictures of exactly what I wanted multiple times VIA email and also text. They told me "give me a week" I called a week later, "oh give me 2 weeks" waited 2 weeks and called....I had to repeat what I wanted many many times. "Ok give me until next week" SERIOUSLY?!? This order was suppose to be done in February for my boyfriends birthday and now I'm hoping it's done by June 19, Father's Day. I'm so disappointed I'm still waiting for my order May 26,2022 Update: it's been a week. Tried to call no answer. Wrote an email (voicemail asks to send an email or leave a voicemail) Will probably be going down to the store to figure this out. Unless you have lots of time and in no rush for your order, I suggest you look elsewhere. Smh.
