These guys came in for the win. I had a project with a short turn around time and they made it happen. They were supper responsive to emails and messages on Yelp. They finished my order early which was awesome! Quality of the final product was great. I would definitely recommend this company.

ordered an oversized sign board though them. sean was very helpful and the price was reasonable. i needed the sign to be ready within a certain time frame and they were able to complete the job as promised. finished product looks good. will be using them again when i need printing/sign jobs.

I am so impressed with Professional Image! A few months ago, I was looking for a company to print my company newsletter. I called a few different companies to get quotes and decided to try Professional Image. Their price was reasonable and they offered same day delivery. I originally worked with Marissa at the Merchant St. location. They got my newsletters done with same day delivery. When I needed to print newsletters again, I contacted Marissa. She informed me that the Merchant St. location was moving to Kapolei but she put me in touch with Marvie from the Kokea St. location. It's so convenient to use them- I never have to leave my office. I email the document to them, pay with credit card by phone, and wait to have it delivered to me a couple of hours later. The quality has been excellent, we have no complaints. They are fast and convenient. They respond to inquiries quickly and they are friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back for all of our printing needs!

Came here to Marvie Kaaa needed last minute copies of important documents . She was very friendly, informative on how to email all my documents from my phone that I wanted to print out , in less than 15 minutes got a email from her that is was done for pickup. Will return in future printing NEEDS, great prices and customer service.

These guys are AWESOME. I needed some materials printed for a board game demo and I needed them done fast. I got all my materials printed within 2 days, technical hiccups included (my fault), and for a great price! Marvie was wonderful and helped me through the entire process. I was so happy to see the results when I came to pick up my materials. Absolutely wonderful job done and with great service. Will definitely be going back to get any future projects done. I love Pro Image (Kokea Location)! Marvie is awesome at getting my last minute orders done within 48 hours. I place orders with them at least once a month. Quality is great. Prices are great.

as I was walking in, there was a lady (a worker, obviously) blocking the entrance just casually smoking... I was thinking to myself, "is this even the right place?" I just politely said excuse me then she moved... this was my first time going to professional image, i heard really good things about it so I said hey why not. I tried to get a school project printed but the lady kept printing my stuff wrong. although it was on very short notice, my .pdf files were already properly exported so printing a self-cover magazine project shouldn't have been a problem. she didn't even know what saddle-stitch was.... don't even waste your time going here. they'll just redirect you to the professional image in downtown. might as well drive to fed-ex office print/ship center by Ala Moana.
