Kathy was super helpful when I had trouble getting a new unit after booking a unit in the wrong storage office (there are two on Waialae). She even showed me an available unit before leasing. Great service with a smile.

So far (one day) I’ve had a great experience. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Access was easy as instructed. The gentleman at the front desk on 8/2 was friendly, responsive and helpful.

Convenient, clean.
