The Owner and Lead Personal Trainer assists clients to achieve their goals in conditioning, self defense, self confidence and overall well-being through the use of a boxing platform. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We accept appointments Monday through Saturday and we are closed on Sunday and all major U.S. holidays.
Fit Punch is perfect fit for my child's personality. Not a crowded, bustling gym that feels intimidating. The owner is professional and a great teacher. The place is super clean and a very relaxed atmosphere for first-timers. Love it!
