Queens is a great hospital system that doesn't disappoint in care and services. I actually go to Queens mainly for doctor appointments, and my only complaint is the parking in POB lll. There isn't enough parking spaces! I was 20 mins late for my appointment from repeatedly driving from the bottom level to the top looking and waiting for a space to open up! Cars were parked in thru traffic lanes and couldn't or wouldn't move waiting for spaces!

As far as in-house pharmacies are concerned, the POB pharmacy staff is a cut above other pharmacy locations. Unlike drug store locations they are more apt to have to deal with people in need of medical prescriptions. One of the Queen's physical therapy clinics are located here, as well as an imaging clinic. While not located in the main hospital, this pharmacy is very pleasant with kind and patient staff. It seems many visitors are senior citizens who require more attention and I have seen first hand how good they can be. The parking here at POB 3 is pretty easy to maneuver but the stalls are limited compared to POB 1 or 2. ( most people would say POB 2 has the toughest parking, I agree. So if you need to fill a prescription or have questions about your medication, or need shots, give POB3 a call if you are near Queens hospital, they are good.

Google GPS took me to park in POB I and couldnt find my way to POB III, a staff member offered to walk me to the building.Great experience and the reason why i say Queens is the best.Location: Located conveniently off the freeway, exit Vineyard Blvd. Stay far left and U turn at the first light. First right and Look for signage is my best suggestion. GPS said to turn into POB I. Stay straight, and take a right on the 1st street. POB III building is located right side.Staff: Friendly & KindTemperature check and covid questions asked to recieve a sticker for entrance.Unlike the main queens hospital this building did not require a medical grade mask (altho i prepared and wore one anyways) for entry.Restroom:Located on the 2nd floor by key entrance only(Need to get from a staff member)Unfortunately no handicap assistance doors for restroomLobby Cafe:This location has a lobby Cafe with a wide variety of food and beverage to purchaseAt my Appointment:I had a few questions in regards to what i was signing and they were patient and able to get me the clarification i needed.I was helped by some amazing Staff here!

Great place and friendly staff. Call your doctors or provider prior and verify your times just in case, cause all offices have different times and holiday hours..

Their location is at Queens Hospital Physician Office Building III on Beretania and Lauhala. Parking entrance is on Lauhala St. Pharmacy is on left after Diagnostic Laboratory Services (DLS). I dropped off my prescription and waited in waiting area. Pharmacy staff called me that prescription after 5 minutes. I love that they are so fast. On right of building, a small shop Cooking Fresh sells coffee, tea, pastries, spam musubi, and other foods.
