I recently purchased a sofa sleeper from Karen, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new piece of furniture! The sofa is comfortable, stylish, and the sleeper function works perfectly. Karen was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase. Daniel Ruiz is the kind of sales professional everyone hopes to work with when buying pretty much anything: Kind, understand, professional, and knowledgeable. There are some really great deals here on high quality sofas. We bought an incredible sofa and a recliner. Also, the finance team there is kind. It was a really good experience shopping there. I highly recommend checking out Red Knot when shopping for furniture.

We visited Red Knot for the first time in January while looking for a love seat recliner. After finding one we liked, we decided to shop around. Later we decided that Red Knot had the one! Today we returned to buy a platform bed. Same steps (found it, shopped around, returned)! Red Knot has great prices, quality furniture, and very nice people. Their delivery is excellent and we could not ask to be treated any nicer! I highly recommend Fumika! I’m through shopping around- from now on Red Knot is my only stop.

We’re grateful that the store is open on New Year’s Day! Upon entering the store, Lori greeted us quickly, she was very helpful & personable. She’s patient is answering our questions and found availability, shipping, and warranty info for the pieces we were interested in quickly. Great customer service ? now hopefully the sofa we put deposit down on comes in before our baby arrives haha. We highly recommend sweet Lori! And the price for the recliner sofa we found was the most reasonable out of all the places we looked at. - the wife ?
