Nalani was very helpful and accommodating. I was very sad about missing out on an anniversary trip and Nalani helped me put together a little something special to deliver to my sister's and helped make it special with my own touches on the gift. My sisters say they loved the gift and thought put into the gift, thank you Red Pineapple?

It's a fun general store with a variety of things. The owner is cheerful and kind. I visited several shops in this area, but this one had the best selection and taste.I had fun shopping.

Such a cute shop. I wasn't plan to go there but I decided to take a look.I found a cute whippet stuffed toy and I have two Italian Greyhound so I couldn't resist. I bought it.They have cute soaps, dog toys, cards and etc...

Talk about great service. This place really took care of me. I wanted to put together a special gift for my girlfriend and these guys went above and beyond for me. Even the conversations I had with them while they wrapped my gift were not just uplifting but recommended some resources to me that would help me in my career. I'll be back soon, guarantee. Ordered a gift basket for a friend’s birthday as a surprise. It was delivered to the hotel, with handwritten tag I’d requested, plus everything was beautifully put together and the tropical flowers were amazing! I’m impressed! And my friend loved everything included. Thank you!

Found this cute little shop on Yelp while I was looking for stationery stores during my trip to Oahu. Great selection of sundries, I went a little overboard on cards. Super friendly staff, gave me tips on the local traffic situation. I like supporting small, local businesses, I will be back!

I discovered Red Pineapple in the Kaimuki area when I went to Otto Cake for cheesecake one day. I walked inside the shop and saw a lot of things that would be great for gifting to friends, family, and even mailing to the mainland. The shop is tiny but every space is filled with something, so you want to spend some time in there to browse. Their items are unique and Hawaii inspired so they will cost more but whoever is the receiver of your gift(s), I am sure they will love it. If you are looking for something specific such as, "the person likes pineapples" go ahead and ask the staff. They will be able to point to all the pineapple items in the store.

I was searching the internet for a local spot to order a gift and stumbled upon Red Pineapple. They have a really cute new baby gift basket that worked super well for what I was looking for. I ordered via their website and the basket was delivered the next day. I got a confirmation when it was delivered and the items were very high quality and were perfect for a new baby.

I have been in to so many boutiques that sell a variety of locally-made goods however, nothing compares to Red Pineapple. Oftentimes in other boutiques, I am disappointed that the items I find that I like are out of stock, or there are too-few options, or I am looking for something in particular but they just don't have it. None of these is the case at Red Pineapple. Their selection is perfect; everything that I liked I had multiple options from which to choose! All of my favorite locally-made items like Bradley and Lily, Nick Kuchar, Lyric and many more were there. There were multiple other new items I hadn't discovered yet and I had a ton of fun browsing through everything. I remember shopping at their old location in Ward however, their new location in Kaimuki is even more convenient being close to the parking, around the corner from Coffee Talk and next to several bakeries. It's no surprise they have been around for so long-they clearly know that they are doing as far as stocking the items buyers want. Moving forward I plan to do more of my birthday and holiday shopping here, especially because my mainland family always wants the latest and greatest, trending new "Hawaii" items. I love how friendly they are and I can't wait to come back and shop next time.
