I've been going here for many years. I recently watched an animated film in 4DX. It's quite an experience! If you are sensitive to motion, don't try. It's like a theme park ride but in the theatre. Try "RealD 3D" or try "Screen X" instead if you want a more than average experience, but don't want an extreme experience. These options make the movies more enhanced and well worth the money. However, if you do prefer a good old-fashioned movie experience, this place is the epitome of comfortable seating.

Stopped by again for XLrg popcorn with free refill, <$11.00 put all the butter n salt you like at 1 of 2 self service stations. (Tip: if you notice any condiments or paper goods depleted, kindly notify staff to minimize the incursion of wait times for patrons to follow. This way we can attempt to assure the most consistent experiences for our neighbors.)

Friendly employees and probably the nicest looking cinema on the island (in my opinion) unfortunately the A/C is almost non-existent in here (don't bother bringing a jacket, you'll regret it) and the butter for the popcorn is usually out. Oh and the prices on the concessions are sky high

One of my favorite theaters on the island. The theatre is clean. It does not feel or smell outdated like Ward. There is free validated covered parking for a few hrs. They also have 4D movies here.

Very large theater complex, very roomy, lots of seats. Decent concessions, workers are very pleasant. Seating is good, not trashed up.

One of the unsung movie gems on island. Staff is always helpful and professional. Theatres are roomy and never packed. Great sound quality. Note about the parking garage: the clearance height is 6'9'' and has one-way traffic. Elevators are located on mauka side, middle of the floor. Validate parking at Guest Services.

My favorite place to watch movies in 4dx. We watched multiple movies so we ended up paying about $12 for parking but usually it's free when we're in and out after one movie. Restrooms are moderately clean and the atmosphere is a lot more comfortable and cozy than the one at Ward.

Aug 27th 2023 It's national cinemas day, Regal participates this event once a year and this time they're special was $4 tickets for any movies including imax screen x RPX and 4dx 3d+ and much more. Usually the concession stand at this particular location is one of the slowest on the islands but i guess i got pretty lucky, it was fast and much properly staffed. Could've brought in 3 more people to concession to have a full on register on staff. I went to watch american graffiti and i've been reading reviews that some auditoriums smells like a urinal. I didn't smell anything so i don't know what they're talking about. Upon leaving it was a huge mess, popcorn boxes tiny boxes and mcdonald's all on the floor instead of placed nicely on the seats. Maybe that's why i witnessed an employee with a black headband throwing trash and slamming it really hard in the lobby in front of his employee so had to minus a star for that one. Overall great experience and hopefully they can staff up the concessions more often!.

I recently saw Oppenheimer in the IMAX. Had never been to this complex before. Prior to going, I read in a number of reviews that many of the theaters smelled like latrines. The theater smelled fine, didn't know what everyone was talking about. Went to see American Graffiti in one of the regular theaters yesterday. Smelled like an unflushed toilet bowl. I don't quite get this. Are the bathrooms so far from the theaters that people just whiz on the floor? I mean, that IS convenient.Way uncomfortable chairs. Won't be coming back to this pee-palace until management cleans up this dump.

The theater itself is clean And they have great customer service. bathrooms are clean every hour. Theaters itself is cleaned after each movie showing . They have 4K showing which is awesome. If watching 4K Showing I advice not to buy food. Because there is no table to eat on at your seat. The seating in the 4K theater are in 4s. And move To the movie that you're watching Everything is synced if there's water in the movie you will be getting wet. They have a great selection of snacks and food at the snack bar. All other showings do have tables at your seat . just the 4K theater does not have a table on your seat.

Great selection of screening options, ample convenient parking. Other food options across street during business hours. Traditional seating in all exception for 4DX, and theatres/bathrooms are kept clean?

Regal is in serious need of renovations. Chairs are peeling and tattered. Bathrooms are dirty. Workers look miserable :( The only positive is the discount movies on Tuesdays, otherwise I wouldn't really recommend full price considering how run down the place is. Hopefully they can put some money into improving the place!

Sunday aug 13 4pm. There was a full on homeless inside sitting on a bench. Full of trash bags and eating popcorn. Food was all over the floor full of paper towels and sitting there for over 2 hours. The bathroom was a mess of paper towels also presumably from him. If management does not want to deal with it, time to get new management.

Moved to different theater at last minute so none of the seat #s matched and caused me to be accosted by another viewer because I was sitting in their seat number due to me, needing a disability seat. Management told us to switch was because the air conditioning was out in the first theater but when I went to the theater, they were showing Indiana Jones and it just fine.

I guess I haven't been at Regal Dole for awhile at least over 1 year . Decided to go today and watch Mission Impossible 10:30am showing . I purchased my tickets online and it was showing theater #7 X-screen . I didn't understand what was X-Screen I knew that they have a bigger theater called IMAX and RPX normally it's more expensive and it's the 3D theater as well . My ticket cost me $21.46 per ticket so I was wondering how come it's so expensive normally it should be matinee prices .Well finally figured out why when the preview was showing I booked the X-Screen theater which has picture wrap around the theater walls so you have a full effect of the movie. As you can see in my video I post . I wound not buy this type of tickets again for one thing I was getting a little motion sickness . It was like I was on a ride at Disneyland lolPlus its much more expensive although the surround sounds was very load and way better than the regular theaters . Also whats nice Regal now has self serve Butter dispenser just like Consolidated I'm not sure if that's a good thing to plug up your arteries ha ha . Also another side note look at the menu board did the letters got smaller I can barely read the menu . Next time if you ever go to Regal look at the menu board .
