Well I have never rented anything from them but they told me I had an old bill when I was 19 years old and it wasn’t from them it was from Aaron’s in Harrisburg pa not Hawaii and my ex was working for them at the time and it was in his name I was just the co person so like why are you guys giving me a hard time when I’m trying to rent something

I purchased a couch from this store was told the same as cash value was $660. I asked about the interest and fees and taxes extensively and was told I can return at any time. I was told if I paid it off in 6 months I wouldn't pay any interest. Now, I have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars because I made bigger payments to pay it off sooner but they kept doing direct deposit. They only NOW have explained to me that there is a 10% fee on every payment as well as taxes. My total went from $660 to $893 and they have charged me $952 all together at this point. That's $300 over what I was told it would cost. I asked about fees and interest and taxes and was told $660. I also have already had a structural piece of the couch break but ive been busy with work and the worker just told me today that if I complained when it happened they could've replaced it but now they can't and it's not an option to return? I was told I could return or change my mind at any point. I am furious at this point and would like to be refunded $300 or return the couch. The worker who sold me the couch obviously left details out and I think that is extremely unlprofessional..I was reading and trying to go over the agreement multiple times.

If only I could put negative 100 star I would!! Very unprofessional specially that guy who goes by "NICOLE" lol unprofessional and should not be in customer service. He was very nice to us when we came and ordered product. Every time I purchase something I always make sure that I understand the payment and taxes/fees because here in Hawaii everything comes with tax. I asked him multiple times that the whole amount is with taxes and fees and he said YES!! Now we are here paying off the product we got and now they are telling us different story like WTH! we supposed to pay half of what they are telling us. Smirking, laughing at us while we were talking was very unprofessional. Even his eyes was all red and very scary. NEVER EVER WILL BE GOING TO THIS PLACE!! Don't ever buy or rent from this place. We actually did do another special order from them 1 week ago but we are canceling it now since they are UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIAR SPECIALLY THAT GUY "NICOLE" I'm not being a KAREN I was frustrated because we are talking about MONEY if it was only less than 50$ I would not be this frustrated but we are talking about 200$ more!! If you think you can save from this store NO! because they don't tell you the whole TRUTH they cover things up and blame you. I won't lie I accept we do have mistakes for not checking the receipt but in the first place "NICOLE" didn't explain to us that RECEIPT will be emailed to us, that there will be taxes and fees added to the whole amount. I wasn't really thinking of the RECEIPT because we are paying direct deposit and we know how much to pay so We are just looking at the bank transactions and dates. Yes that could be our mistakes but then again there wouldn't be a problem like this if only that guy "NICOLE" did explain to us everything as a professional without covering things up. Again I don't RECOMMEND this place and that guy "NICOLE" NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!
