Seated with ocean breeze in a romantic corner. Service was exceptional with great attention to detail. Oysters were plump and succulent. Entree was exceptional Couldn't have been more pleased. Excellent restaurant experience.

We went for dinner. All was good except for the service experience. The woman who served our table was cold and very perfunctory. We felt as if we should not ask any questions and just order what is on the menu. Our wine didn't arrive until after our entrées came. When asked about our wine, all she said was it was coming and offered no apology. She did warm up and became more friendly towards the end of our dinner.

We will be back and will request Bonnie

It was a great dining experience. Our server, Kai, was friendly and professional. We started off with the smoked octopus, seared scallops and the roasted cauliflower. All was delicious and flavorful. Most of us ordered the prix fixe dinner of lobster bisque, short rib, and dessert. The lobster bisque had a couple of large chucks of lobster in it and was also delicious. The short rib was tender and the sauce had a nice deep flavor. For dessert, we were presented with pumpkin tarts which were pretty and tasted great. Kai was able to get us a Kama'aina discount which we truly appreciated. It's nice to see that Bali takes care of the Kama'ainas.

The restaurant was nice, the server was nice and the food was mediocre at best. We went on Thanksgiving so turkey is not their thing. Very pricey for the quality of food.

We went on Thanksgiving at 7:30 pm. We were seated by our reservation time of 7:30 we both ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for $54 each. The dinner was 4 thickly sliced pieces of turkey which was ok, there was also a pile of shredded dark meat which I don't like. There was a pile of stuffing that was almost black and it was almost tasteless. Also mashed potatoes (best thing on plate) some cubed vegetable ?? Still unknown, maybe parsnips? And ONE toasted Brussels sprout, and real cranberry sauce that was extremely watery and very sour. The wine was good, I had the only Chardonnay on the menu. We ordered dessert from the regular menu which was their rendition of Black Forest Cake which was delicious! Not impressed. Also even though it's an oceanfront restaurant if you go after sunset you can't even see the ocean!

Delicious, wonderfully curated menu. The prix fixe selection was superb. Nicely prepared and presented, each course was outstanding. The courteous wait staff truly understands hospitality.

We were seated by a waitress, grudgingly, and it appeared she wasn't expecting another table. The service was mediocre but also bordering on rude multiple times. The oysters had an odd texture with an average taste, the steak arrived with one side cooked as ordered and the other well-done and tough as shoe leather. The Hawaiian rolls ordered, which was supposed to be a mixed selection of sweet breads, ended up being 6 of the exact same dinner roll baked in an iron pan. They had no taste and were covered in seeds. The Chateau Briande was very fatty. When the Crème Brûlée was served, the sugar coating on top was burned. All in all a horrible meal and experience, to the tune of almost $300. I can't recommend more strongly that you avoid this captive audience restaurant.

Terrific restaurant with First Class Views. Just a top notch experience with terrific food, amazing views, and a happy and helpful staff. Service always makes the difference, and this crew is at the top of their game. Great Job!

The food was spectacular. The ambience was superb, the view was beautiful. I wish it didn't have that net, but I know it's to keep the pesky mosquitos out. Our waiter was super kind, thoughtful, and helpful in helping us select our meals. The nice touch to honor our deceased father and to celebrate my niece was touching. Will definitely come back

Brian our server was so helpful and fun. Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming. When Brian was in the back, another server even came and immediately cleaned up the spilled water when my husband accidentally knocked over his water glass. The Prix Fixe menu is an outstanding value. It's the best Lobster bisque we've ever tasted. The grilled mahi mahi was so flavorful and had a perfect texture! Some hotel restaurants can be so so. Bali Oceanfront is NOT so so. Highly recommend whether or not you're staying at the Hilton.

B Booked well in advance for our 20th anniversary and specifically requested a window seat. We were not informed beforehand that this could not be guaranteed, otherwise we would have made alternative plans. Our server was excellent, but the restaurant manager showed no interest in accommodating our request. We were eventually moved partway through our starter, but by then the experience was already disappointing. This was a significant let-down, especially as we had travelled from the UK — more than 23 hours of flying — to celebrate a special occasion in Hawaii. We wish we hadn't bothered and had stayed home, where our custom would have been appreciated. At Bali, you are treated more like a fast-food customer than a valued guest. Not worth the cost!
