Visited Reyn's at Ala Moana Center today to check out the Holiday Aloha shirts. They have them now! Great selection and now also for women! Decisions, decisions. Which one should I pick?!

I was in search of a quality men's aloha shirt, so I decided to stop by Reyn Spooner at Ala Moana. With a wide selection and friendly staff, I had a wonderful experience shopping. As soon as I walked in, Greg assisted me with finding a nice fitting shirt for my friend. Greg asked some helpful questions to find the right size and length to try in. My friend tried on the suggested sizes, and it was a perfect fit. We're very thankful for Greg's expert advice in shopping for aloha shirts.

This is the place to be if you're looking for great quality Aloha shirts. They have all different designs. I saw Avengers and South Park ones that were too cute. What caught my eye that made me come into the store was the NFL Aloha shirts. I had to check out the Cowboys version. Wow, it was so nice! It was made from rayon instead of cotton. Too bad I don't wear Aloha shirts. I would have bought myself one.

Great quality aloha shirts. Service is always good too. Wish they were more reasonable but you get what you pay for.

Posting for a Pal. "Up to 70% Off | Our Pop Up Sale Starts Tomorrow! Aloha! As a long time Reyn Spooner customer both online and in store, I am once again disappointed in your services. There have been some very good experiences with your company but this latest encounter is absolutely The Worst. Back in May of this year, there was a Pop Up Sale here in Hawaii. The date of the sale was released in an ad in the newspaper, there was no notice sent to your online customers. Extremely disappointed because had I known earlier, I could have taken a day off to attend. I emailed you about this matter and was told that in the future, you would try and send out notices prior to sales. Well it happened again! On Tuesday 9/23, an ad for the next Pop Up Sale appeared in the newspaper, the 4 day sale will start in 2 days. I received an email the next day regarding the sale. TOO LATE!!!! So much for being a member of the Reyn Spooner Ohana or for being a loyal customer! My boss was kind enough to give me the day off, I was so happy to be able to attend the sale. It was a 30 mile drive from my home to the store, the sale was supposed to start at 9am. I arrived at 8:45, I was the only customer there. At 9, there was another customer in line with me. One of the employees emerged from the store with The Bad News. Due to non arrival of stock, the store would open at noon. She told us that Fed Ex was bringing the merchandise, they were in transit and hopefully would arrive in about 30 minutes. Most of the stores at that mall open at 10, I had already eaten breakfast, I do not live near that mall...what am I supposed to do for the next THREE hours????? As other customers showed up for the sale, she handed out business cards that were numbered. She instructed us to call at about 11:30 to check on the status. If we came back and the line was long, show the card and they would pull us in. I called the store at 11:30 and was told that the mdse still had not arrived, the store would open at 2pm. WHAT!?!? I asked why they couldn't open the store and let us shop with what mdse they did have in stock. Nope. Going to open at 2. But there was still no certainty as to what time the mdse would arrive. It might even arrive at 5pm. I was asked specifically what was I looking for. He said that when the mdse did arrive, they could possibly hold it for me, apply a 15% discount and provide free shipping. They could also Facetime me and show what was available. Is an employee going to take the time to show me and other disgruntled customer every single item that is available?? This is a sale, I want to look with my own eyes and see what is available!!!! I approached the store at 12:30 and it was OPEN! What the heck???!! Myself and other customers browsed what mdse was in the store. I made a purchase of $390 and left. I asked the cashier if I could use the 15% discount and was told "No. Not for this purchase." I was not going to hang around until 2 with the possibility that the mdse still would not yet arrive. And I was already angry enough. Employee Jason (manager?) called me at 4:25 and told me that the shipment finally arrived. Really??? Facetime was not an option for me and I was not about to drive 30 miles. I told him I would try and come back Friday morning but I would have to cut out from work. He told me that they would be there at 6:30am, I would be able to shop then. I arrived at 7am and to make a long story short....I was denied entry. The employee told me that Jason was there earlier, she was on the phone with him. He told her that because there were boxes and stuff on the floor, I was not allowed into the store for my safety. Also because she was working alone. I told her "4th time is the charm!" and I would try and return later in the day. I went back at 1 and the store was up and running. The Kapolei store is very small, it was crowded. There was a lot of mdse, there is NO WAY I would be able to shop via Facetime had they tried to do so. At this point, I am so frustrated, so angry, I don't feel like shopping ther

I've been a Reyns client for over 40 years. They have fine selection of aloha business attire. My wife and I opted to view the Japanese print selection. I passed on the Sakura pattern and Koi pattern. I was a disappointed at the reaction of the sales associate who apparently was not happy with my decision to not purchase. In my opinion, I had to deal with what seemed to be a personal rejection.I have passed on my experience via their website and hope this was just a isolated incident. Regardless the product offering is good. ?

Imy friend and I buy Reyn's shirt exclusively before but now the shirts are made in China and my friend and I won't buy anymore until they change where it is made. This is just our preference

Had to pick up matching aloha shirts so that my brothers and I can show up in style to my grandma's 100th birthday. The guy there at the store was super helpful in getting our sizes and fit down. He made our visit very enjoyable. I'd go back just to shop from him any day.You can tell the quality of these shirts as they are super comfortable to wear. If my work allowed me to wear these daily, I'd buy these and only these to wear to work.

THE classic Aloha shirt. Great designs. Comfortable fits and fabrics. Ridiculous price points. Unfortunately they seem to have mostly done away with the “Sale” section of the store, so most of the shirts are simply unaffordable for those of us in the unwashed masses.

Helpful staff, nice store (when the AC works it's even nicer!) and a good selection of shirts and accessories. I found some polos, Hawaiian shirts and a cool microfiber towel. Great selection

Great products that last. They're not inexpensive, but the quality is well worth it. The store carries a wide selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Greg deserves a particular shout-out: A professional clothier, not just a salesman.
