For the approximate four years I left my Biomat. But then the aesthetic window that was some form of silicone plastic eroded spilling out the contents of hundreds of amethyst crystals. Now my Biomat is useless and I paid around 2K for shipping and tax plus the price of the medical device. ********************** is fully aware of this shoddy quality and yet they want the consumer to shell out an additional ****** to receive a new one- not including the controller! They seem to be profiting off of the shoddy quality which is none fault of our own. Many many people who have invested in the Biomat are having this issue. What say you?

My father purchased a BioMat Professional from Richway 15 years ago after using one regularly at his physical trainer's gym. After my mom and I used it a few times, it was clear that "something good was happening", which is what my dad said convinced him to purchase his own after experiencing it at his trainer's studio. My father is now 72 and my mother is 70 and people are frequently commenting how great they look for their age - granted they have always been healthy, but I think the biomat usage has definitely been a big part of why they look/act so youthful. 10 years later, about 5 years ago after moving out and having not used the biomat in the 7 years or so since then, I was feeling sick with swollen lymphnodes in my neck, under my arms, and in my pelvic area. I was worried and did some research which brought me to the much studied and proven healing benefits of infrared light I re-discovered the biomat and decided to purchase one of my own. I found I lived 4 blocks from the Richway Fuji BioMat headquarters, picked it up, and the swollen lymphnodes and unwell feelings went away a few days after using the biomat. I just went there again today to purchase one for my Aunty (my half-brothers mom), because I think it might help with the inflammation that comes with her fibromyalgia, and had a fantastic experience there that prompted me to give this 5-star rating to Richway Fuji BioMat! I am a believer in the healing and general-wellness benefits provided by their products, and they are also a great company in my personal experience!

ALOHA to ALL! This is the best place in the world. Anything you are going through from headache, flu, hurt feet, or other health issues that impairs your life ... this is the #1 stop and shop for you! I have been coming to Richway for over 4+ years and the infrared treatment is worth every cent and penny. The prices can be on the high side but at least you are investing into you Life and Health which isn't something you can buy online. You have to invest now into your health so you can enjoy a painless body! We have so much inflammation and it's something that we ALL must take seriously. I love the products so much and the customer service at this location is always VIP! I have had my products for almost 7 years now and continue to shop more as new products come in. I highly recommend this company. The Staff is across the board awesomeness! I really wanted to say special thank you to The Lovely Kiana! I had repair mix up and she was the super hero to the rescue and without her help I would still be confused. Again, Much Mahalo to Richway Honolulu. *Don't forget to get your parking ticket validation. Otherwise you pay after the grace period ends.

We purchased the Professional mat over a year ago and love it! It is amazing! So amazing that we decided to purchase the King mat. We have to say that this mat is beyond any of our expectations! The craftsmanship of the mat is excellent! The mat is very sturdy and durable. Your first thoughts would be, "Oh this mat must be very hard", but on the contrary it is like a nice firm mattress. Once the mat is turned on you can feel the energy envelope your body. You feel as if your are in a little bubble of comfort and security. Immediately you feel a sense of release and relief. Normally I am up every hour and a half during the night because of pain and stiffness or numbness in my arms and hands. But with the King mat all of these problems have gone away over a period of a week now. I am thrilled to say the least. And I am getting the best rest I have ever had in years!

I purchased the water Ionizer from Richway. Beware! if you try to order replacement filters or parts you have to call them fill out forms, call them again, they will tell you that your phone is not working and they can not reach you, they will tell you that they shipped the package when they did not and in general this is the WORST customer service you will ever experience. Stay away from them as far as you can!
