I love Rip Curl products but wish I never walked into this store. A women that said she was the manager was the rudest I have ever experienced in customer service. She was making fun of my wife’s age for some reason. Seems like she was trying to take out her anger on my wife for no reason.

Both the female and make working on Jan 9 at 3 pm were friendly and helpful. They took the time to credit my account with an online purchase return-the store has nice clothing ,tee shirts

We went here on Christmas day and they had good sales going on. The clothes were nice. However, there was a girl working there that was very rude. Even my 12 year old noticed it. The guy working was extremely nice though.
