Not sure if some of the reviews are confusing with another store nearby (which sells similar items), but I had great experience with the customer service here. Great selection of items, and everyone was very helpful. I did go on a weekday, and it wasn't as busy

Great service from Sofia! Very pleasant, considerate, have is appropriate attention, and, when we didn't find the size of something we were looking at, she proactively called another store to have them hold onto it for us. Excellent customer service!
