Wait staff are the best. Food is terrific. Wish we had one where we live.

Went for the 3rd Saturday sidewalk market. Vendors even in a section of the parking lot. Plenty to browse and lots of restaurant options if you get hungry or thirsty in between. Akaka Falls Farm was there this time. Wow, delicious and unique jams/jellies. Who would have guessed Poi Coconut would be sogood in a jam?? Stocked up a half dozen jars for Christmas gifts. Sourdough bread was another highlight. Hope they return next month. I'll be looking for them!

It's not a place you should go out of your way to visit, but considering what's nearby, Hanauma Bay, Koko Head, this is a good mall to grab something to eat before or afterwards.

Not aging well. Needs a coat of paint and some signage. It's just too many stores for this area.

They need better signage as it hard to find what you are looking for unless you are familiar with the area

place is declining with businesses moving out because rent is too high. lets get more newer things so that people will actually want to go there. like an indoor skate park or something. there is really only a few food options, and more vacant places than open. this place really needs a kick in the pants. once the movie theater moved out the place has kinda lost it's steam. the security guards are so desperate to do something at this boring place, that they resort to kicking out and following people that have skateboards(they aren't riding them). the retail shops are depressing to look at, as there is never anyone inside them. the service of the food places such as teddy's, subway, and loco moco are also in a decline. there is a whole back area on the water that doesn't have anything in them. overall, I have a hard time recommending the place to people at my job in waikiki because I don't want to be the reason they go to a place that lacks anything fun or memorable. overall, koko marina is dead and needs to be woken up. get some people in here who actually know what they're doing.

A nice little shopping mall with a lot of essential stores and plenty of options for dining. They use to have more businesses though but sadly a lot of merchants had to close down for various reasons. Blockbuster was replaced with a dialysis center. Foodland was replaced with Walgreens and Petco. No more Coffee Bean. Just Starbucks and more recently the movie theater is gone as well.

We had a great time enjoying the weather, the view, and tasty food and beverages on the deck at Kona. The pepperoni rolls were fresh, hot and amazing. I want some now.

Came only for the Leonard’s Malasadas. The malasadas were fresh and delicious. But the one with the chamoy (?) toppings was not as expected. I expected a sweet sour and salty topping, disappointed that it was a lot of sweetness and not enough anything else.

The overall impression..a bit run down and needs a refresh sooner than later. That said a lot of essential stores and services here. Parking never a problem. Can’t complain it’s important to us in the nearby hood!
