Had a great island tour with Coco. Also had a great tour with Lisa. They were both very knowledgeable about the island. They answered questions and I also enjoyed their sense of humor.\\n\\nI also used their airport shuttle service to get to and from the airport and it was great. I had no issues and was able to get to back and forth on time.

I booked round-trip Airport to hotel transfers with Robert's and it was well worth every penny. Staff at airport were very helpful, nice clean shuttle, and kind driver loaded the bags quickly. As we drove to hotel highlights along the way were pointed out, historical information shared, just a really nice ride. Pick up was smooth, another nice clean air conditioned bus and knowledgeable driver. A++ service, highly recommended

Wonderful tour! So informative and educational. Definitely a must see!! You see so much in the tour and get a great understanding of the ultimate sacrifice military makes to this country as well as volunteers. Go see it!! You also go to the punchbowl area as well as some city sites.

Friendly and knowledgeable driver. We had a blast! Highly recommend the Oahu Circle Island tour. Lots of places to see, along with plenty of stops to eat. Go hungry!We rented a car later in the week and revisited some of the places we saw, but didn't stop at.Special thanks to our driver, Shelly!

We arrived early, Roberts called to see if we were ready, they directed us to our shuttle without any trouble. The gentleman,Sam, loaded our bags, was friendly and knowledgeable, interacting with us the entire ride. Great service, great guy, safe clean and well run company.

Our Stars and Stripes Tour was Amazing. Our tour guide John created a spectacular experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri. The only note we would give friends is to be mindful of your time. When you get to the museums spend the extra $8 each for the 30 minute audio tour.

The Oahu: Grand Circle Island Tour was wonderful! I highly recommend this day-long adventure via a bus with comfortable seats. All of the stops were interesting and well narrated by our guide, Vivas.Vivas was a great driver, provided an incredible amount of info on island history, flora, fauna, geographical sites, the language, etc. He suggested tips for enjoying the rest of our vacation, was extremely polite, and was especially considerate of my husband, who uses a walker. Participants of all ages enjoyed the tour!

We enjoyed touring Pearl Harbor on our own and with a limited time schedule is the best way to summarize the Stars and Stripes tour with Robert's Hawaii. I basically feel like we paid for transportation to Pearl Harbor with informative narration from our tour guide/bus driver. I would not recommend this tour for anyone actually looking to learn and emerge in the history at Pearl Harbor. You can do this own your own at your own pace for about the same price without being hurried to meet back at the bus. Simon our driver/tour guide was wonderful!

My plane was late and I had a problem with baggage delaying me even longer. I was so happy to see my driver waited. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. He was terrific. He gave me a wonderful tour on the way to the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A great way to start my vacation.

This is a excellent service for your shuttle needs. Everything was perfect. I have high respect for how Roberts Hawaii handle their business. I definitely recommend them and will use their service again!

The tour itself was great! However our driver was not the best. Chris was a poor driver who slammed on the breaks multiple times and ran a red light. We felt rushed at some of our stops while others felt too long. Time management was not done well. I also felt as if he talked negatively about the native Hawaiians at some times. Overall the scenery was amazing and the trip was very interesting but the driver Chris left me feeling less than satisfied. And he also burped into the microphone and cursed while children were present.
