The crew is fantastic, hard working, respectful, kind, courteous, and professional, offering a very warm welcome. They take great care with items, assembling everything with care and attention to details, showing plenty of care for things and homes while being extremely efficient and fast. The service is good and outstanding, with outstanding customer service and professionalism. Overall, the experience is pleasant and very thorough. While there was an incident where a shipped motorcycle was damaged in transit due to improper securing, the company has worked to resolve the problem, being more than helpful and very transparent. The staff is great, very understanding, and professional. Most customers would recommend Royal Hawaiian Movers and would utilize them again.
