RHM provided a great pack out for when I was moving off island. I also shipped a motorcycle, but it was damaged in transit due to not being properly strapped down. Ratchet straps were tied off, and not ratcheted down. There were no ratchet straps on the handle bars and there wasn’t much material to hold it steady. The mirror was busted off, and now may have a drive train issue due to resting on the drive train cover. I took the pictures immediately after the the crate was opened.

Royal Hawaiian Movers have been working to resolve the problem. They have been more than helpful, and very transparent with their process. Great staff to assist, and very understanding. The customer service and professionalism is outstanding!

Royal Hawaiian did a great job packing up our home! The whole moving team was respectful and courteous. They showed plenty of care for our things/home, while still being extremely efficient. Overall it was a very thorough job and a pleasant experience for us!

We used Royal Hawaiian movers to move from California to Honolulu in June 2025. They connected us with a local mover in California that was excellent, and then took care of everything on this side of the move. We had to store our belongings for a couple months, and that was not an issue and not expensive. The team moving in was excellent and very efficient. Communication with the front office during the entire process was very good. I would recommend them for any move.

Nino, Jay Pee and Daniel were our movers. They were very attentive, respectful, efficient, and speedy workers. Their communication was great, as they made sure to keep us updated. They went above and beyond with their consideration of what they pack when. We’d definitely use them again

Royal Hawaiian Movers provided excellent service! They were super fast, unpacked everything with care, and left my house looking nice. Thomson, Sam, and Bernard were a great crew and very respectful! Just had my house all picked up and Royal Hawaiian Movers sent some amazing guys over to pack up and haul everything away. The movers we respectful and kind, and ensured to be careful with our stuff. They even finished a day ahead of schedule without sacrificing the safety of my stuff. I really appreciate their hard work!

We had such a great experience with getting our stuff packed to head back to the mainland. The crew was phenomenal and they worked so hard. The lead crew member Alize, and her 2 helpers Harvey & Wellson deserve a gigantic raise. They were professional, asked questions to make sure we were all on the same page, and made us feel extremely comfortable with everything. A supervisor stopped by on the last day to make sure we were happy, and another supervisor Isiah came by to help the crew finish. Thank you so much for all of the care you showed our belongings and for having great, positive attitudes. Your hard work did not go unnoticed and I just appreciate you all. Thank you to everyone that helped in this process.
