It has totally different number on Zillow and when we call to schedule a tour they ask to fill out application first . Why we should give all our information and pay $40 app fee without checking out an apartment first and meeting real agent of company. Scammy

Scheduled online to see 747 Kinau Street , Honolulu , HI 96813 home. When I had called Jennifer Peele to ask about home it was hard to get a hold of her on the phone.
When I did arrive early to our appointment time and ask where guest parking was , she said there was none and that she was on her way. It sounded as if she did not even know about the appointment. We arrived about 5 minutes early or earlier and she was late about 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting as I have babies with me and when she arrived she asked if I wanted to see home and I said No. There was no I am sorry I was late , just asked if we wanted to see home.
I got email to write review about our experience from Royal Realty but when I opened link to write a review all the page said was Thank you.
so I was not able to share my experience.

Royal Realty is amazing. Jacqueline and Jennifer specifically.Any time I ever had a concern there was a prompt response(Within a day) (a lot of times, within a couple hours)Sometimes Jennifer can be off-putting, coming off as abrasive via text but she's actually a sweet-heart. She also manages multiple properties while trying her best to be responsive to everyone.When struggling with a neighbor and having a hard time because of it, Jacqueline (The Broker In Charge) stepped in and started handling my concerns, she was never rude, always patient, kind, and compassionate. She has a strong personality but doesn't let it get in the way of being caring and kind.When they say where service is king. They mean it.I highly highly highly recommend Royal Realty.

Would gladly work with Jacqueline and Royal Realty again. I’ve rented in a wide variety of locations and dealt with the entire spectrum of property management because of the military. This was the most pleasant thus far: allowed someone else to help me complete the rental process while I was overseas, good communication, quickly handled the few issues I had, didn’t try to scam me out of a security deposit like other companies have tried in the past. Would recommend!

Working with Jackie and her team at Royal Realty was a pleasure and I'm so happy I was fortunate enough to work with Jackie when I purchased my first condo recently! Before I found my new place, Jackie worked with me over the course of several months and going to many different open houses to find a place that matched exactly what I was looking for. UPDATE: After leaving this review Elijah reached out and refunded the % of the cleaning bill he owed me. Unfortunate that it took a review to get their attention, but I applaud Royal Realty and Elijah for resolving the issue and following through eventually.I worked with Elijah at Royal Realty as he was the property manager at the apartment my family rented for 9 months. Upon leaving the apartment, we scheduled a professional cleaner. Elijah and I agreed to split the cost of the cleaner 50/50. I covered the full cost of the cleaner upfront and despite telling me multiple times he would pay me the difference, I have been scammed out of $400. I would highly recommend avoiding working with this company.

I've been a tenant with Royal Realty for over a year, and have been really impressed with how professional and friendly they are! They make everything so easy and stress free, and each agent I've worked with has been so down to earth and helpful. Jaqueline Little has been my main contact there, and is not only responsive but seems invested in making my housing situation is as comfortable as possible. Also, I'm happy they upgraded their service website so it's easy to pay rent and get any maintenance scheduled in one place. Nice work, and thanks from a happy customer!

Ugh pretty awful experience. Management took forever to get back to us on pretty important issues. Some things never got fixed, ever. And so much back and forth with management/ owners / other tenants. We just felt like we were always getting the run around.We worked with Elijah and our check out process was a little strange. When we got there the house was pretty dirty and we deep cleaned it ourselves. When we were to leave Elijah told us when needed a professional cleaner to come clean and it would cost about $1200. This seemed a little insane to us especially because it was not professionally clean when we got there. We found a cleaner for $750+. And he told us to pay for it and he would split the cost with us. We paid and then he didn’t include the cost in our deposit. When we called he promised to Venmo but then never did. Now he has blocked our number.Avoid this rep for sure and probably Royal Reality all together. Not worth the hassle.

Preston Cope was my landlord during my stay in Hawaii. He could’ve been better at responding sometimes, as it’d take a week and a few reminders to get an email back about a pending problem a few times but his professionalism has always made up for it. Would recommend this agency above others in Oahu.
