The Sakura Lounge Hale is a Japan Airlines affiliate lounge in Honolulu, accessible to eligible passengers. It is a spacious, rectangular-shaped lounge with a nice view from the window, ideal for watching airplanes. The facility is compact overall, with padded chairs and cafe-style tables arranged around the edges. It offers a quiet, air-conditioned environment recommended for those wanting to avoid crowds, though it is noted as being a little far from the central gate. The lounge serves simple food and drinks. The food spread is limited, with options like chicken curry rice, fried chicken nuggets, pork and miso soup, ratatouille, and fruit cups, plus assorted snacks and pastries. The curry is frequently mentioned as standard, good, and tasty. Alcoholic beverages like wine, beer, and premium spirits are included. Free Wi-Fi and charging facilities are available. The clean toilet with a washlet is located just outside the lounge in the hallway. Receptionists are friendly, checking boarding passes for access. Day passes can be purchased, but may be expensive for multiple travelers.
The food selection is ok, you are served. The snacks are a bit limited, popcorn and cookies..make your own Ramen if you like

I went to this lounge because I wanted to watch airplanes. This is a sub-self lounge with compact facilities overall. The meals seem to be the same, so it's recommended for those who want to avoid crowds. Minus 1 point because it is a little far from the central gate!

The lounge has a nice view from the window 👌 The types of food are very limited, so I think it would be better to relax and look at the outside scenery ☘️
