Donated clothes and small appliances from my university student here. Friendly, fast and helpful staff both times, they helped me with my online donation process. Good bless.

Needed to donate clothes from my parents since they were moving. Since I was staying in Waikiki, I looked for somewhere close and found this donation center. Getting into the lot is a little tricky. I had to go around the block since the entrance is on the north side of Kapiolani. The worker was very friendly and just told me to put the bags in the unit and then he helped me fill out the online form. Pretty easy!

Pros: Central location at Kapiolani and Kalakaua (mauka corner)QR code for paperless receiptCons: Rough parking lot and difficult to exit*****************Tips: To enter, drive west (toward downtown) on Kapiolani past McCully and Hauoli Streets and turn right into the unstructured parking lot. There is a white container with small red Salvation Army logo. Someone is there around 11:30-6:00 Mon-Sat subject to change. For e-receipt there is a QR code on the inside left wall of the container which you can scan and process. Be careful exiting because there is a lot of traffic and the right turn may need 2 lanes to clear.

Super convenient and Uncle that works there is nice. It's a lot easier now to donate at this Salvation Army cause u just drive up easy breezy, since Good Will Baretania renovated their location now there's no drive through who ever made that executive decision should be shot!! The worst decision ever!! It shows they have poor management so sad for non-profit Good Will

I drive by this parking lot all the time and never noticed this SA donation trailer! It was only after I did a google search of the closest GW or SA donation center to my work place did I discover this location. The container was clean (and empty!), and the person who was working here today was very kind and appreciative. Can't say the same for other donation places that I've been to. If you're looking for a place to donate your clothing or small household goods in metro Honolulu, come to this location. Don't forget to take a receipt for tax deduction purposes.
