Beautiful, clean store with friendly, healthy staff. Patty Mae is always so kind and helpful. Store is well stocked and filled with delicious handmade treats. Samples are offered so you can taste their delicious chocolate treats. Hand select chocolate to fill decorative boxes or purchase premade ones on different sizes.

Like many of the other reviews, the service from the staff was just as awesome as the chocolates. My server was Patty Mae and she let me sample a few chocolates and even the lollipops! My wife had a great experience and this was her first time in a See’s store. Will try to make it back on Friday before we head back to Canada.

Such a wonderful experience! Huge shoutout to Rya for being so warm and welcoming. Her customer service exceeded beyond our expectations, and even gave us extra chocolate samples for our trip because she heard we were travelling later that day. She really made our day! Their chocolate is absolutely delicious as well, we will definitely be returning during our next stay. Thank you so much for making the stop so memorable, we won’t forget it!

Very helpful staff, friendly, and the chocolate is delicious, I got a pick your own box and they helped me decide what to bring home for dessert recommending flavors and being very clear about price. They also offer gift wrapping and unique seasonal boxes as well as some rotating flavours and shapes based on holidays and events. The shop seems small but the selection is very large.

Every time we've been to See's Candies at Ala Moana, the service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐great but Raquel always makes our shopping experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The quality of the chocolate selection is always fresh and the other candy items excellent. Always love the Coffee candies and lollipops too!

Love Sees candies. Staff were very friendly. The free taste was delicious! Bought several boxes to bring home because we don't have this candy where I live. It is high quality and my family loves it.

Parking: The mall is HUGE and there is plenty of parking.

Amazing Candy and Chocolate store. Our server Raquel S. was absolutely amazing and helped us find our favorites! The Chocolate is some of the smoothest I've tasted and that's saying something because I consider Swiss Chocolate to be the best in the world. The service was impeccable, the Chocolate divine, and the store spotless and inviting. 10/10. One of the best experiences I've had in Hawaii.
