The appraisal process was easy since he was able to look at the car while it was getting serviced. Our registration & insurance were near expiration so we really appreciated Jeff following up with us and seeing us right away. Jeff M at Servco Toyota Honolulu was helpful and patient through the process of evaluating my car for the possibility of selling it. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and was comfortable working with Jeff. Since I didn’t have the title with me, Servco Toyota allowed me to use a loaner car for a day to get the paperwork and complete a few errands before completing the sale of my car. Would I go back and see Jeff/Toyota again? YES. and recommend others to them as well.
