I had a great experience at Servco Lexus. I bought a car from here 11 years ago and still in excellent condition. I traded in for a fair deal for a new car. My sales rep Sean sold me the first one and he sold me this new car as well. Both my wife and I enjoyed the whole purchasing experience. They’re very nice and not pushy.

I would highly recommend having anything purchased from this place checked closely by a trusted source. My daughter who was stationed there bought a car that had hidden damage from this location. Actually had a molding piece zip tied. Price she paid was way too much as was the maintenance completed here. I get it’s an island but integrity should be universal. Straight forward simple buying process from Servco Lexus and our sales rep, Angie Mukai. Shopping for our first new car in Hawaii started out as a culture shock due to local competitor’s new vehicle ‘surcharges’. Not so at Servco Lexus. It made the buying process relaxed and stress free. We picked the car we wanted, waited less than a month for it to arrive, no high pressure extended warranty at delivery. Love the NX 350h. Perfect car for sitting in traffic on the H1.

Such an easy process. Find the car you want online. Click the price details. Decide if you wanna finance or pay cash. Ethan Medrano helped me out. He went for a test drive with me and answered all the questions I had. I was offered water and coffee. They helped me charge my phone while I was waiting.
They even went above and beyond to store my motorcycle inside while I drove the car home and got a ride later on to get the bike back home. The guys in the detail shop did a stellar job. It smells and looks brand new. Came with a full gas tank.
I denied the extended warranties (it's a Toyota). And there was zero push to try and sell it when I declined.
I've bought cars from dealers in the past and I hated the experience. This was easy.

These guys went out of their way to help my 90 yr old dad get his Lexus serviced. They found a battery for him and had the car ready in 1 day. Arvid called me with updates even when it was his day off. Also Jason was very empathetic to our situation so thank you both - now I know why dad is so loyal to your service center.
