Sales reps are not friendly. We went down to look for a car and was interested in one particular suv. Not one person approached us. Your loss someone would sold a car that day! So we left. My partner and I have good standing credit of over 740 and good income. I guess we weren’t dressed rich enough? lol

I'm a fortunate owner of a pre owned Toyota hybrid that was listed for less than 24 hours. My salesman Ethan M was very resourceful and made the transaction process simple. I recommend completing their online credit application ahead of time to minimize the duration of the visit. Ethan's very knowledgeable about how each vehicle works and we are very happy with the experience. I recommend Ethan M and Mike G for a superior experience.

Service was great and fast. Associates were awesome. Location didn’t honor our mainland maintenance policy. We were pretty disappointed as we purchased from Lexus (Lindsey) certified pre owned for the specific purpose of having a maintenance and warranty plan.

After 1-1/2 years of working thru our first luxury car purchase, we finally received our 2023 RX350! Many thanks to our sales consultant, Steve Choi, who patiently guided us through the decision-making process and hosting us on a cold-call visit to the dealership. Steve was definitely patient and made it crystal clear that he would accommodate us when we were ready to make a decision, no pressure.He provided prompt response to our many questions about the vehicle and facilitated an order for the specific exterior and interior color scheme we preferred. He also made all the necessary arrangements to get the vehicle shipped to our home on another island. We put him through a lot, but he was gracious every step of the way, and we appreciate it, and him. Lexus is a great quality car and this review is based on the service I have received from Servco Lexus' staff. I owned a 2005 Lexus GX460 and because of the service I received from Servco Lexus back then, I sold it. I also vowed to never again purchase another Lexus in my life.Fast forward to 2022 and I decided to try and give Servco Lexus another try?I took my 2022 Lexus RX350 in for it's second service and upon picking up my vehicle I notice there was a dirtied area on my passenger front seat. I asked the attendant what it was and he tried to clean it but it was still visible to see. A supervisor came out and she tried to clean it too, but she was also unable to remove the stain. The supervisor then tried to say it wasn't their fault because no one sat in the passenger seat. I then informed her the cabin air filter was changed which meant someone was in the passenger seat. My service advisor then came out and offered to detail the car but said his manager was off work and he would get back to me when his manager returned to work the following week. I never received a call back and this is indicative of their staff's professionalism and character. This is exactly what happened 18 years ago with my 2005 Lexus. I sold the 2022 Lexus and will never buy another Lexus again! Buyer beware, great vehicle but bad service!

When coming to Lexus Honolulu ask for Richard Lee. I Came here couple of times looking at different cars. Richard Lee was very helpful and kind helping me find the right car and also he is very patient as I am a very indecisive person. I recommend doing business with him 10/10 as he will make you feel comfortable and really explains things thoroughly if you don't understand anything. He also went above and beyond cleaning the car himself and making sure that it was perfect for us.Thank you again Richard!!!

I just purchased a SUV from Servco Lexus and Andrew Yi was the absolute best sales person. He was patient and happily answered all of my questions (I had a lot ). He was so efficient with everything that I was able to drive my new car home the same day! I had to get something taken care of on the car a couple days later and he and Daven Minatoya were very accommodating and took care of me like a princess! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car at Servco Lexus, and the experience, guided by Ethan, was absolutely incredible. Though I can't speak for the new car department—though I've heard good things from friends—the used car department exceeded my expectations in every way. (I bought a Certified Used 2021 Mazda).Ethan's deep knowledge of various models and keen understanding of my preferences streamlined the entire process. Even though I was trading in an older Lexus, not buying a new one, Ethan treated me with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. He attentively listened to my needs, efficiently narrowed down my options, and provided comprehensive explanations that enabled me to make an informed decision.One of the standout features of this experience was the speed and efficiency. I have plenty of experience buying cars, but never have I had the keys in my hand in just 1.5 hours. This was a refreshing change from a tedious 6-hour session at a Mercedes dealership in Maryland, where I was frequently put on hold for lengthy consultations with the manager.
