This message is for the owner:
people are struggling in hawaii to pay rent and buy groceries, and you are now charging a service fee for credit card use. Then you will turn around and write that fee off on your taxes even though the customer paid it. Its unethical. You have a monopoly already on cars here, charging insane amounts for labor and repairs and basic services, as well as overcharging for vehicle sales (becauseof lack of competition), and now you are skimming money off of customers acting like some poor small business owner. Do the right thing and quit treating customers like ATM's

I did a head and valve cover gasket job on my 2006 B9 Tribeca Limited SUV. It cost me $ 7,800.00 and it took them 6 months to finally get it right. Because they had to take the engine out twice. I gotta give Service Manager Mr Ron Kimura credit for finally getting it right though. But when I got my back ALL THE RADIATOR GUARD SHIELDS PLASTIC GROMMET SCREWS "WERE GONE"! The Service Technician told the Service Writer when the car came in "it didn't have ANY SCREWS". I was so pissed off because I KNOW IT HAD THOSE SCREWS. I bought some screws online and replaced "4 that were missing". Upon further inspection I also noticed some my tire wheel well guard grommet screws ARE ALSO MISSING. This really pissed me off more. Alot of workers nowadays are so lazy , and they don't take pride IN THEIR WORK !

Have been here severa times. Purchased a car and serviced a different one.
Kimo was a fabulous salesman. Professional, efficient, trustworthy.
Jona is amazing as an agent. As a female coming into a car place I am frequently ignored, treated as dumb, or lied to. Jona is the absolute opposite. She is kind, explains what needs explaining, and is blunt with the situation.
As i am new to the island she took time to explain processes to me and never once did I feel lesser.
Will continue to come here.

Don’t come if you have a trade I , You’ll get offered pennies. It’s the same at ANY Servco dealership. Prices are inflated and it’s been like this since 2016. This is the last time I ever try to buy a car from Servco. Shootz

I tried to get my tire repaired here since my new Subaru BRZ does not come with a donut spare. My purchased extended warrantee covers a patch for the tires but their service department doesn't have the supplies to replace tires or even supply a donut for purchase. Long story short, I have been without a functional car for 3 days and getting it to where it needs to be has been way more difficult than it should have been. Servco should have adequate supplies to help their customers out, especially when you pay extra for it.

We had an amazing experience purchasing my grandfathers new Crosstrek. Huge mahalo to Matt Le and Joe Bolosan for their service. Specifically, Matt did an incredible job ensuring the vehicle was the right fit and overall equipment package to meet my grandfathers needs. Lastly, he invested quite a bit of time personalizing the vehicle for him and explaining the new features and capabilities of his new car. I only yelp if I get exceptional service and this is what happened yesterday. I accompanied my friend to Subaru , both the new car area as well as the used car lot. We were fortunate that Mike Ak... was available at the Used Car Lot and greeted us as we walked in. We shared what we were looking for and he immediately showed us the cars my friend was interested in as well as the price range. He described the process as "trying on different shoes" and he wanted to be sure that she would make a decision based on her needs and wants. He listened to her and knew that he probably wouldn't make a sale that day but he still gave us exceptional service and attention that would lead to a future sale as well as referrals.
